auto level up to 100 like Wifi battles should be implemented for offline play. the fact that it doesnt is fuckin stupid
i lvl’d several Pokes to all 100 in each gen. On both games
is there still no option for that even in black/white?

Then you lose access to some useful tactics because of the auto-leveling, like Lv.1 Smeargle and Ruby/Sapphire’s Lv. 47 Groudon/Kyogre (to make sure your weather lead gets its weather out because of the lower speed).
I do, too, but not Pokemon specifically bred with a specific move set for a specific team for a specific tournament. I haven’t touched the team I used for last year’s VGC since.

i love the fact that tms can be used forever in black and white BUT i think nintendo is making this game kinda noob friendly. i’m playing a translated version of pokemon black and the first city’s gym leader(s) use their main pokemon which is strong against whatever you chose from the beginning (i think everyone knew this though). if you go to the dream lot, a guy there gives you a baoppa since i chose oshawatt, which is strong against whatever your starter is weak to (which the gym leader uses).
kinda lame but i’m only this far into the game so i’ll give it a pass right now

It doesn’t really get challenging until Kamitsure (the 4th gym), and that’s only if you’re under-leveled (< L29-30).
yeah I’ll never understand why those rules but whatever, I still hope to one day clean house at a pkmn tournament but so long as they use those stupid rules I’ll pass and just take on anyone online. trying to build a new team from the B&W changes is quite the challenge now…but I’m still deep in thought based on theorymon. I know many have been playing but my ideas are still theory.
I’m just hoping the Dream World ability Pokemon get released before the Eng version is released, so I don’t have to wait a year just to use a DW legit.

The thing is, if you get unreleased Pokemon it might be considered illegal unless you declare it with someone who is also doing the same thing.

Only new pokemon ive tried so far is the ground/dark pokemon. Was just messing around with some of my old teams to get a feel for the new guys
