I touched on hera moving to UU a while back. Its best counters people can think of right now is defensive nidoqueen with aerial ace, or dugtrio though he must be wary of the scarfed ones.
Yanmega is considered BL, thereby banned from UU play until staff agrees that hera is also BL.
Cross will PROBABLY be dominant in UU. Forces Moltres to run Timid, beats up Venusaur, Milotic, and Registeel, etc. Sub + 3 Attacks will not be fun to fight in UU.
Choice Scarf Dugtrio with Aerial Ace?
I think scarf is a waste on such a powerfull poke, im going to try a flame orb+SD set in UU

Ii think only Alakazam and Dugtrio can outspeed an OHKO, other notable mention is a Def Nidoqueen as mentioned before and Weezing with Fire Blast…
Swellow can outspeed that set and strike back with Brave Bird, exterminating FO Cross. Houndoom is faster than Heracross can OHKO non-scarfed ones with Fire Blast, so can Scyther with is Aerial Ace. There’s counters all around really, depends on the situations and if heracross is forced into choice items.
swellow can outspeed and OHKO every non-scarf’d heracross set and in my experience, swellow is kind of common in the UU tiers

EDIT: so in smogon and serebii theres this interview with the pokemon designers and what they based of to make the starters and they says that grass was based on a snake, fire on a pig and watter on an otter and sea lion based on international folklore (Europe, China and Japan respectively), all 3 match with the images posted a while back… looks pretty much comfimed, what do you think?

As for Swellow, yeah it’ll out speed all non-scarfed heracross most certainly. Swell has a speed base of 125 something, totally out speeding a gengar. Hell even a timid alakazam, considering a jolly nature.

Yeah, it’s the real deal. The bison does look pretty boss, as does Bambi’s evo.
But the real show-stopper is the muthaf’n Sarcophagus!
I knew the Sugimori art of him would be nice. And look at Electric/Bug Tarantula!

Bambi evo is awesome, although I still like it’s baby form more.
Bison is pretty cool, but the Dragon evo looks straight out of Yugioh.
Electric/Bug is the main Poke I want to use, probably the coolest typing in this Gen.
Dragon/Ice is a welcome, although a horrible defensive type.
A pure Flying type is a dream come true, wanted that since Ruby/Sapphire. I wonder if it’s just going to be a wing with eyeballs? lol
Rock/Fighting is a fairly interesting typing, some awesome offensive typing there with decent resists.
it’s funny to know only GTA4 and MW2 are the only 2 american games that got near perfect scores.

Afro Bison looks like a Tauros evo. Apparently all it needed to evolve was to slap on an afro wig and some bling.

Im fairly sure this gen is gonna pull a R/S/E and be strictly 5th gen pokes. So no Tauros 
but Afro Bison is a welcome replacement imo.
