I just caught a shiny Shinx on route 202 sans PokeRadar! :bgrin::woot: Its nature is kind of crappy (Timid) and prefer Intimidate to Rivalry but I may try to make a surprise Special set.
Yeah I have Pokesav and can make any shiny pokemon I want, but to get (another) one without cheating is very satisfying.
Lucky bastard…only shiny I ever found was a Ledyba in Pokemon Silver.

Personally, I’ve only been playing on shoddy for the last few months 'cause I’m too lazy to breed new stuff right now. Was ranked #33 on the Smogon server at one point, but I’ve since been knocked out of the top 50. Still suck ass at making new teams.

been out of the loop since Diablo 3 was announced so I got all nostalgic and began playing D2 all over again…that and my job as a Game tester during the hours I did play pkmn kinda took away all of my time I used to record matches. thankfully my weekends are free again so I may have time on weekends to play again.
(I still have unused pkmn I have been so wanting to try against ya’ll)
I’m just waiting for these silhouetted pokemon be revealed to see if it’s worth it to start playing again.

In August, Travis (Ephidel) is the only person I’ve battled against on wifi. Otherwise, I’ve been punishing myself all this time at the wifi battle tower. I’ve been on smogon a couple times but it was at the create-a-pokemon server.

I’ve said it before, those silhouettes just scream new Rotom forms. Platinum is being released in Japan this Saturday so it won’t be long until we all know.

I caught a Shiny Golbat on Iron Island, but I gave it to somebody here lol. It was modest, I probably should of kept it. Yeah I play here and there but like I said it’s all FFTA2 for me still (and SC4, but that hype has kinda died down a bit for me) plus work and school are in the way. I expect the thread to be back in full force sometime during the US Platinum release.
pretty much my thoughts…but even then it depends on what we can expect for Platinum release. the new pkmn modes and if it’ll alternate the metagame
Yeah I’ve been saying that before as well. I just hope each come with Rapid Spin, Cloud Nine, and Auto-Haze traits.
