Anyone else kinda excited for Dead Island?
The game looks NOTHING like that 1st trailer that came out a couple of months back, but I like the RPG aspects of it so far, looks pretty customizable.
You’re right. Went to Gamestop (yeah, yeah, all I have in the way of places to find year old games) to pick up SC for psp, and they put on a gameplay vid for me. Fucking WANT. That’s exactly what I’m looking for. The shuriken was apparently overpowered like a bitch, though.
Get this piece of shit, had all the makings of a great game and fucked it off.
I thought Borderlands was great, and it is RPG-esque with the dice roll kills sometimes, but it is way more action oriented than Fallout 3. Yes, if you go to some levels and you are low leveled, you will get fucked up, but for the most part if you follow your quest line, you will be proper level with the proper gear to handle things. I thought the final boss fight was cheap ass fuck though. I do want to get 2 of the DLCs that add to the story.
Sony must not like money… I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to add this damn $50 card and it keeps saying “The funds cannot be added to your account”. Stupid shit…

I HIGHLY doubt there will be a revised model for the ps3, since the next gen system is already in development

on the hdmi cord thing. i not sure but i think i notice less lag using composite instead of hdmi cables. is this true or am i just tripping?
You have shitty HDMI cables.
what about tv’s? whats the biggest led available with the least lag? theres new led and olded tv’scoming out, but are the manufactorers even doing something about the lag. this especially goes for the bigger tv’s.
also the hdmi cables are normal hdmi cables you can get anywhere. how much do the “better” ones go for?
For a big TV with very little lag, I recommend the Panasonic VIERA series of TVs. I picked up a 50-inch and it is fantastic.
If you’re paying more than a few $ for HDMI cables, you’re getting hosed.
