I missed 1 trophy, the one where you have to use every special attack to defeat an enemy. The game was pretty good after the first 30 minutes you get the hang of it all. I beat it when PSN was down and never bought the DLC, but it is something I will go back and do.
I picked up those PS3 7.1 wireless headphones, much lighter than I was expecting. I’m usually gaming in the middle of the night, and always had the sound lower than I would like. I have not tried voice chat with it, but games sounded great. Now I don’t have to worry about waking my daughter, even though she sleeps through everything.:wgrin:
That one’s pretty easy to get,
]Just refight the final boss, Big Bones and use it on him.[/spoiler

The DLC is worth it IMO, but also to support Double Fine, this game is really good despite being short =)
My impressions on the DLC [SPOILER=Grubbins on ice]I really liked it, granted it’s 2-3 hours long but it was fun while it lasted XD. My one gripe is that your max level is 14 and not 15 @_@. 15 would’ve been a nice round number but seeing how if you do all the battles in the DLC, it puts you at Lvl. 14 before fighting the final boss, who was a challenge I gotta say, you need to be careful how you damage him if you want to defeat him.
The ending was one WTF, wonder if it’s to set up for another DLC?
BTW there’s a part in the DLC where you can fall down a cliff and enter a cave, this one will unlock a trophy and I had good chuckle when I found it XD[/details]
spits milk WHAAA??? Oh, hell yeah! Multi is the only reason I bought 2, and the same holds true for this one (single player’s for when I can’t play online, like at Gramma’s house). That shit’s too good.
Ok…just, how many times can you play through the same events? I like playing against other people for the spontaneity. I don’t feel that in SP. In SP it’s “you gotta do this or you can’t proceed”. Very linear, no matter how many one-liner voice-overs there are. The events always happen at the same time, at the same areas. Too rigid for my taste. And there is no campaign mode. In FPS war sims, sure. Not here.
I only played the MP for a few hours as well, and played Co-op for a few hours too. I buy Uncharted, or most games for Single player only. I know why some people play MP games, it just doesn’t interest me.
Yea I only played UC2s multi player modes a few times but i ran through the campaigns about 3 or 4 times over the span of a year for each game. Great fun. I really love em. Excited for UC3.
Yeah I’m the same, not much of a multiplayer guy, so if I am impatient for Uncharted 3 is definetely because of its campaign, not its MP, will I log in to the MP at some point? Porbably I guess. The biggest bulk of my hours in U2 were replaying campaing in different diffuclties, its not like I need to be surprised or amazed at every tun to enjoy the game so I am not bothered by scripted things if its entertaining and well done, wich the Uncharted series are, my two cents.
Well, after a little over 3 years of playing on my refurbished PS3 system, I finally got the YLOD today on my Phat non-BC PS3. I took it to a local technician here in town, reflowed it, charged me 60 bucks, and gave me a 6 month warranty on it, for 2 hours of work. Guy stands by his product. =D
You guys should definitely NOT give the PC version a try. Initial release with the dev version and players could activate noclip with a single keystroke. =/
LOL, shit looked awful to me once I seen it in action. Trailer was dope as hell though.
I was talking to my cousin yesterday, and he bought another Dreamcast and asked me if I still had mine. I couldn’t remember because I thought I gave him mine with all the bootleg disks and shit. I checked my storage on my balcony, and everything was still there. Hooked that shit up to my Plasma with the S-Video cables and been playing CVS1 for the past couple hours. Shit still looks good too. I won’t be playing PS3 tonight, I’ll be reminiscing with my dreamcast and binder of bootlegs. I know I have some real games somewhere around my apartment.
I stopped gaming when Dreamcast died, I did have 2 PS2s but I was bitter a little bit. I came back when PS3 launched, so these PS2 remasters are popping my cherry on them.
