The dead weight is at Atlanta (Huge financial trouble, and the stadium is frequently at ~40-50% capacity), Tampa (Though I dont like saying that, same story at the ice palace), Phoenix (""), Nashville (Also lagging sales, probably sucessful elsewhere), and Carolina (green Acres anyone?). Columbus is doing good in sales and is emerging as a franchise, Islanders dont have a real reason to go, every team has a down period, though I can see a move if they cant get a better Arena then Nassau, And I really dont see NJ going anywhere, it isnt suffering. Florida is one of those mediocre sleeper areas, they have good support and viewership, but otherwise throughly mediocre at best.
the KHL/Superleague has always been awesome, IMO, next to SM-Liiga.

Not Davos, the Hawks play Zurich Lions ZsC (National League A). And that shit last year pissed me off (Vancouver/Chicago), Its like we just died on the ice. we went all super-conservative, even when we were behind. And Luongo can only do so much, and the twins dont supply nearly enough offence. Maybe this year, something will change, and I hope it does, but we all know they’ll choke in the playoffs. Again.
Also, my gripe with Gretzky isnt with him as coach, I’ve just never liked him, to me, he just wasnt spectacular, Messier, Mario (even though I hate the Pens), and Bure and quite a few other players that were more entertaining IMO.
EDIT ok, maybe we arent talking about the same game, Chicago plays Zurich on the 29th (Victoria Cup, NHL holds it with Last years win, NYR 2-1 Magnitogorsk Steel). Zurich won the IIHF Champion’s league in its only year (Now no longer exists).
