I actually seen it after I had posted haha.
So I actually ragequit on the Bruins’ season about two weeks ago and they’ve gone 7-2-1 since then. I actually feel like I shouldn’t watch the Bruins. Even last year, I watched about 30 of their games, and they probably lost 20 of them.
That wasn’t a bad call…it was a fucking retarded rule. Which is why its not in the league anymore.

That’s just semantics. Lots of goals don’t go to video review, that was one of them. It’s part of the game and it was a good goal. People that complain about it aren’t real hockey fans. Just like people that want bigger nets, and complain about head hits and all the other crap they bitch about trying to change the game.

No. It WAS a bad call as per the rules at the time. Was it a stupid rule? Yes. Every goal that play off year had two celebrations:
The first was when the puck went in, and the second was after the review. A ton of goals that year were taken away because someone had a foot or whatever in the crease. It was enforced all season long during the 98-99 campaign.
And they don’t fucking call it in the SCF? NHL reallllllllllllly botched that one.
I wouldn’t say it cost the Sabres the Cup. It was only game six, and they were down in the series. Even if the call is made correctly no one can say who would have won the series.

The rule was stupid and anyone who actually loves the game won’t be bitching about some stupid in the crease rule that never should have been there in the first place. Lots of shit doesn’t get called all the time, especially in the playoffs…you know why they stop calling the shit they call in the regular season.
