So should i snag the CE of this game or not folks? Playing thru ME 2 on PS3 so i got my Latin Shepard to dole out some pain in 3.

Yeaaaaaaaaaah. I knew that something was wrong because having a shotgun was fun in ME1 but in ME2 it ending up getting abandoned and I had to fix my play style halfway through the game to deal with the short comings. I never thought about it critically because I was too focused on the story. Once I could learn sniper rifle things got a lot easier for me. So it feels really good to play ME3 and see that everything is viable now. I’m really glad we have this co-op multiplayer because now we can experiment with classes that we might not touch in our single player missions. I’m really digging Engineer for co-op maybe.
Someone care to explain to me how two-time fans of ME are deciding at the last minute to preorder this game. How, if you enjoyed the shit out of ME2, could you not have preordered ME3 as soon as it was humanly possible? I pre-ordered my ME3 Limited Edition back when it was first announced in the summer. I’m obviously going to get this game so why wait till the last couple of weeks.
ME2/ME3 Co-op has stolen me away from even opening FF13-2/Recoking/Wrath. I have 3 games that will probably not be opened because ME3 is coming out just around the corner.

If you want to have repeat playthroughs that’s fine but I think there should be one character that you should experience from the start of the series to the end of the series. No matter what choices you make you’ll just have to live with them.
Imported files retain their abilities and level cap (for ME3 it’s 60) WTF?
So If I roll vanguard for 1 and 2 and max him out I won’t get the chance to max out the new nova ability?

I know so was I, the turrets just rape me when I play Vanguard. I can handle everything else but a turret just fucks up my world.
GGs to Reth, Rottana and Pun to. We got to Wave 7 on Gold before 45 phantoms, 17 Atlas and way too many turrets were on the map. Dumping the sniper rifle from my Infiltrator hurt my score but it was better for the team. Running around with those Ninja Revives. Man I bet Wave 11 will be nothing but Atlas and Phantoms. I am debating if I should not run my Female Infiltrator instead for the Cryo Blast and the Sticky Grenades. I can use the Grenades as Prox Mines but they have to be refilled constantly.
After watching Rottana run Quarian Eng I actually think the Human Eng is better. The Quarian gets a turret which is cool but the Human Eng has better overall abilities.
All I did was message BTeckz “fuck turrets” or “fuck phantoms” lol. I saw a phantom camp! When Jae was running and taking cover then went around a corner, mean while this Phantom went invisible and took cover at a wall, then when Jae ran past this bitch the Phantom backstabed him. Fucken camper!!
Haha, yeah, I know what you mean about Phantoms. Those things with their 1hit KOs and all, gah. I would rather fight a bunch of Atlas’s than a bunch of Phantoms any day. With an Atlas, it’s slow moving and you can get it to turn around for 20 seconds or so with a Combat Drone, but the Phantoms don’t even seem to care about the Drones and fly around, go invis, and everything like all they care about is fucking you up.
For shits and jiggles, I made my Vanguard full melee build, and took levels in things like martial artist. On silver I BIOTIC ARMED a phantom to death before she stealthed away. I have to admit I like it, since I seem to kill things one on one in an awesome way, but I lose out on the Nova aoe spam (well at least I don’t risk purging my shield this way) and some higher shielding.
Since I’m back at school and don’t have my xbox with me, anyone got this one pc? I redownloaded it because I wanted to play the demo some more and try out some things I didn’t get a chance to try out.

Says you can respec your imported character in ME3 that would be great. Not sure if it’s true though.

When you went from ME1 to ME2 they gave you some levels and allowed you to allocate your skills. Though the skill trees were much different, so they had to give people the chance to respec, I assume they would do the same for this game, because there are many skills added. My origin name is SixMachine btw, I’ll probably play tomorrow (technically later today) at night because it’s already late.
