I got 8 packs last night hoping for some missiles and did not get one of them.
I have 2 missiles and 0 med left. I miss the equipment packs. I’ll pay 40k for it.
anyone here about the Gold money glitch? my buddy was playing gold and got to wave ten, then the wave repeated, again and again. he told me he made 45k in like 10 minutes
I never even HEARD of that. But I did have a gold Hunter glitch earlier where a Geth Hunter got grab-killed while invisible and despite being dead, it was counted as alive and standing on the other side of the barricade cloaked, being unable to be killed while it did nothing.
Equipment packs are back!

So…apparently there’s a PS3 Multiplayer glitch where if you make it to Wave 11 and turn off the system, you’ll have double the XP/Credits when you turn it back on. Confirm/Deny?
Sounds like a troll lol. Myself and Reth have been dropped from the Xbox version at wave 11 with no credits. So I can confirm for xbox but that sounds like a ps3 troll move.
Yeah, probably. Especially with the whole “you have to do it right before extraction” thing. I’m not particularly tempted to try it out.
I agree, that sounds like the ME3 version of “Press ALT+F4” for whatever…
It’s a legit glitch, I went into a Gold Geth room and I went to make a protein shake. I came back and was the last one they were waiting for so started up right away. It seemed easy and I realized I was playing on Bronze. Went up to wave 10 and all of a sudden bodies hit the floor. So I said fuck it and died. Went back to the lobby, they changed it to Gold and restarted the game. I’m in wave 10 and the host drops. The host comes back in while we were completing the objective. Then everyone dies again before the wave is over, so I too drop dead too. Back in the lobby, they start it right back up and repeat. 45k average in 5 mins time.
I just finished the game.

WTF?!
ME2 made the build up so high, that it would’ve been hard to fuck it up in 3.
Like, you can be fighting in a field of shit, with a shitty weapon, but if you were to resolve the issues with the villains of 2 on 3, it would’ve been okay!!
The game could have easily been 6+ hours of story shit seeing as how still so much was left to describe, but alas, we get this…

Wait, excuse me for saying this, but your description is a bit odd and confusing to me, actually (unless you’re trolling). And with you being a 360 user (I think), I’m not sure if it applies to PS3. If it does and you’re not trolling, then hey, a “summary/step by step for dummies” couldn’t hurt. I needs me some Spectre Packs.

It works on PS3 as well. Here is what you do.

Play on Bronze, enemy or map is irrelevant.

Get to Wave 10, complete the objective then have everyone die

Put the game on gold and go into the game.

As soon as the game connects, the host needs to leave and no one else presses B
-
Game will resume after wave restart and you will be on wave 10 Gold

Reinvite whomever the host was that left.

Complete objectives and die

Did it last night for about 2 hours
So wait, after everyone dies in Wave 10 of Bronze (is it always objective?) post-objective, it takes you back to the lobby screen. You start a new game, have the host leave, and have nobody press Circle (which I guess would be ‘B’) and you’ll wind up on Wave 10 on Gold, where you should die after you do the objectives (which from what it sounds is normally the ‘activate the beacons’ thing), and you get how much? I mean…won’t you have to work your way to Wave 10 of Bronze anyway (which takes like 15-20 minutes) to repeat, or do you keep it on Gold? Sorry, I’m just trying to figure out how much Credits you get per time, and how long it takes to do once, and how long the 2nd time would take.
Getting to wave 10 is the time consuming part. Once there you’re golden. Finish the objective but don’t clear the wave. 45k for every 5 mins (3 mins in game, 2 mins to restart/host migrate/etc).
Wave 10 is always objective.

meh…this glitch makes me want to play the multi player even less…not that i’ve even played in a week anyways…
