Luffy is a beast, I can say from my own experience even though I’ve only played against him online.
He beat me 10-1 atleast.
Luffy, you have become (more) FAMOUS! Your Rose is the talk of Eventhubs. You have people scratching their heads and checking their vision to see if they really saw it right, that not only did a Rose place 3rd in any tournament, but that you held your own and even won in a match, sending Daigo (the BEAST himself) to the loser’s bracket. Despite the loss in that one match, you’ve really made us all proud. Kudos to you Luffy.

There is also a video from losers finals where Daigo avenged his earliers loss, unfortunately the footage cuts off in the first round of the 2nd match. Daigo was more aggressive, probably due to Luffy out zoning him in the first set.

Luffy, You have inspired me to main Rose again. Over the last few weeks I’ve noticed that there STILL is more to the character I need to master. I thank you. I have never been this confident with Rose in a VERY long time.

And Saqs and Luffy are both the best of the best when it comes to rose and im sure Luffy himself would say that Saqs is just as good as himself maybe better, hope ppl arent forgetting that he is beast player in is own way just like Luffy is a beast in his won way.

Well I do have to say, you did open my eyes (but it didn’t help with execution, lol) with your vids. I wanted to main Rose from the get go, but just feel back on Guile. I regret that and wish I had put work into her from the get go. She is an up-hill fight and I do get angry at myself from time to time for bad choices and such. I keep playing her cause I think she is awesome and HIGHLY underated. Plus she is my LAST bit of Sanity for playing SF4 before Super4 and DeeJay!
But I’m going to go to C3 and try my best to get somewhere with her…“FAAAATHERRRRR!!!”
