best to have a visa one way or another… you might find a good job that will take you on. but the bar i am working at needs people, but we dont pay under the table. i bartend at the First House in Roppongi and we need floor people for our sister bars and cafe. no experiance required, just need heads.

Yes, it does. First because I was 18 when it happened, secondly, I checked it myself. It’s there. Honesty fucked me, I mention that a couple pages back. They wouldn’t have known otherwise, they obviously didn’t check for the COE.
Yeah i guess it’s a lesson, don’t tell people stuff they don’t need to know. Anyway, just keep thinking positive…if there’s any karma in the world you should get some for being honest and shit will end up working out.
i am the same way, i dont smoke, so it sucks ass. but anyone new would most likely be floor staff… so you get to avoid the most of it. workin at the bar elevates you and all the smokers sit infront of you… so i get it full blast.

I am going to be in Tokyo for the month of April and looking for a cheap private room to rent out. There are some guesthouses I saw in Asakusa and Kanda that were pretty reasonable but I was trying to see if any one on boards knows of anything better. I appreciate it a lot.
