You should read your original post again. You seemed to infer that her combo’s did MORE damage than the average character. When in reality Combo damage is pretty average between all the characters. There Nobody with Huge outliers of combo damage.
When really it’s not that big of a deal to even point out.
Yeah, me too, I love how she plays alot, it fits my play style very, very well, but I have to deal with people whining and moaning the moment I get to her on the character select screen.

Again, sit down take a second and read. I never called her average. Nu’s not average shes top tier, but this is in terms of overall tools. But if you notice I was never talking about tiers or tools other than damage output.
Her damage output is on par or “Average” with alot of the other characters in the game.
I’ve easily seen Rachel, Tager, Litchi, Hakumen, Ragna, Arakune, Jin, and Carl(loop). Do the same or better amount of damage in combo’s. (That’s more than half the cast)

Like I said, the problem isn’t that her damage output is super solid. It’s her zoning lockdown game. And even then, it only needs to be addressed by giving the rest of the cast (particularly ones who have real trouble being zoned like tager and hakumen), better options to get to her. They don’t even have to particularly good options. Period. End of story.

To the comments about her combo damage. Off the ground she can really only do the 5D, 4D(?) -> ground shave lookin thing. If she has meter yes she can RC and bring you all the way up, but that does what, 40%? Arakunes combos can get to 50-60% without meter, so I mean comparatively I don’t see it as that bad. And yeah she can do more in the corner, but come on, who can’t? If I can get her stuck in the corner, thats it, round over.
Now I’m talking about combos at a distance. Sure she might be able to do a bit more up close, but I’m A-Okay with that, since if she’s going for those I have a chance at hitting her.
PS: Lol those 3 chars you listed are the only ones that can do 50% without meter? I can do 50% with Ara mid screen with or without curse with no meter. Bit harder without curse, but it can happen.

Haha, yeah I would be surprised if the 2 hakumens and 1 tager that qualified for SBO even showed up after seeing all the Nus that qualified. Maybe if it was 2v2 or 3v3 but 1v1? They are pretty much guaranteed to fight at least 2 or 3 Nu’s each and that’s not even considering the Arakunes who made it.
