Since 1/3 of the people here want to soft ban akuma, are we going to be soft against akuma in tournaments outside our region? No one will have experience playing against him.

It doesn’t really matter whether you have experience playing against him when you’re getting unblockable Demon’d.
Just play against Akuma in your head, if you block flip a coin and if it’s heads, you die. If you jump at him, always mentally take off 1/4-1/3 lifebar for your character. If he runs away, you lose by timeout.

I was going to offer that position to Rob, but really, I just want Rob involved with running any tournament, so I wanted him to have his pick. The guy is that good.
I’d like the format to follow the one used at EVO and PAX last year. 1 person in charge of 2 TV’s stations, with multiple stations run by volunteers. 2 stations per person seems like the perfectly manageable number. I’ll let you know Vince. I also want everyone who wants to participate and be a part of it to have the opportunity, so we’ll work it out as we get closer. I’ll remember you want to run it and talk to Rob about it.

mandel this is jacob and if i could make it down to evo i promise i would play the GROSSEST sean, necro, and sa-2 yun EVER. shiiiiiit last time i was in vegas as soon as i woke up i started drinking, re-upped before we left the hotel, got the free drinks in casinos while playing penny slots, copped bottles from the little side stores on the strip, and pretty much drank until i passed out. when i woke up i’d repeat the cycle. i remember there was a half gallon of stoli vodka i monstered and i was buying these little bottles smaller than pints but way bigger than those 1 or 2 dollar bottles for like 8 bucks. i cant wait to go back to vegas and put it down again and just the mere fact that i can walk around drinking straight from a 5th and then go inside almost anywhere and smoke a cigarette and then get cheap food is AMAZING to me. the only way to top vegas for me is to go to a poor ass country and do it up. just not so down for the philippines (sorry julien, not tryna bone one of my cousins on accident) and a lot of asia due to the amount of drag queens where you MIGHT be too fucked up to find out if its a man or not til they spread em ahahahahahaha
