but for real, I need to give you two months of fuckin’ notice for one day off work when my workweek CONSISTS of one day? Am I really that important to the success of this business? The answer is no, because we record productivity and I’m the single least productive employee (there are reasons, I’m not lazy :lol:) so I don’t see the big deal. Gonna see what happens when she bitches at me about it on Monday. :bgrin:

I am curious, did you only ask your supervisor about getting time off? The real question in my mind is if it’s just one person being a bitch, you might want to find out from someone above said person if that’s true that you need 2 months notice.
I would talk to someone else who has recently requested time off, or just go talk/call in to your HR department and find out if that’s the truth. If it turns out it is not the truth, explain the situation to them in how your interaction with your supervisor/manager went in detail and they will end up talking to him/her about how that is abusing their position.
If all else fails just pull the “She’s/He’s not giving me the time off because I’m gay” card, that shit works everytime because that subject is easily turned into a lawsuit which is the last thing HR wants to deal with.

Well, just a heads up, if I can get a room for EVO (all days) I can easily get the plane ticket. Don’t worry, I’m cool, not crazy.
OK, each room deposit came out to be $54.88 per room. So that’s what each room owes me, and then you can split paying for the room in Vegas. :tup:
I’m getting in Thursday night (July 16) @ 9:45pm and set to leave Monday morning @ 6:25 AM.

Not my room. We were originally supposed to be 3, but that Lothar dude managed to body his way in. So we are maxed out. Maybe someone else can accommodate. Not trying to be an ass but Evo is also a mini vacation for me. The last thing I want to do is come in late at night having to step over 9 other dudes on the floor with the room smelling like ass.
Yeah, I’m thinking about EVO being a mini-cation for me, might ask my parentals for some help or something
