I’ve decided to go to Evo guys, soooo Zach, I just sent you a PM about rooms. I’ll be buying my ticket on the 14th of next month (got other bills to pay first) and I’ll be registered by the end of this week. I’m trying to figure out if I should leave Friday or Thursday.
Are all of the guys here going out Thursday night before all the festivities?

It turns out that in very limited quantities they have some bonus rooms that I will be trying to book shortly after I garden. If you want to get on the Evo Rio bus, you should do so NOW. First come first serve.

I won’t know for a while. Probably around $90 / night IIRC. You’re staying Friday Saturday only so it’s probably more likely around $50 per person but I would appreciate not having to answer this question right now since I don’t know for sure.
Figure $90 or so and then you can be happy when it’s likely cheaper.
It probably will actually be $90 or so for for people who are staying four nights.
I will be calling The People tomorrow with the FOUR additional rooms people asked me to add.
At this point, I’m probably not going to “take” additional people - you can figure out your own rooms at this point. There would be a limited people to make close friends with the people who are already going and quintuple up with them but you should work that out with them not me.
So if you have asked me to help get you a room, you’re on that list. I’ll know what’s up tomorrow.

Actually I have the same itinerary as Noland and Thad (Leave Thursday, come back Monday). I’m guessing that will cause complications on my end for finding a place to bunk for Thursday and Sunday nights?

Please don’t reserve me a room as I’m really not 100% if I’m going or not, it was more of a curiosity thing to humor myself that I might go. If I do go, it’d be a random schedule like wed-sat. I also probably can’t even fully commit to anything for another couple weeks or so.
