Ah ok sweet and as far as the Cthulhu boards go you can send them to me if ya like
Toodles.
How can we get in line for the new Chimp?
Is there a pre order list?
Cthulhu+Imp = ChImp
now only one board
Here s a pic of the ChImp, Iām going to be installing it to a TE later on tonight.

I donāt know what that is, but it looks sexy. Toddles, your are the man.
Installs are going to be a lot cleaner! Thanks Toodles
Yeah, that looks great. The black/white color looks really good too. I think itās much more clear on the labeling.
sweet!!! thanks for the picsā¦
canāt wait for toodles to start selling these so i can start installing again
EJM: No more glueing an imp next to the cthulhu!!
edit: look at the size of those USB holes!!!
w00t!! thanks for making them bigger!!
Same size (maybe a few mm bigger in length) as the Cthulhu. Still suffers from screw terminals covering the labels. =D

YIKES! might want to put labels on the back if thatās even possible at this point
I canāt really picture what youāre trying to describe, so for the time beung, just trust me, itāll work awesome, with a 360 pad or TE pcb. if you connect every in the unlabelled holes (directions, buttons, triggers, power, ground, d+/d-) itāll work just peachy.
at least it should. thatās why the betas went out.
nono i misread your comments a few pages back. i know whatās up now =)
i usually just wire up straight to the terminal block of a TE. the only concern was switching but since it knows that its plugged to a 360, all should be well.
iām just surprised how you got this critical function working
itās not a deal breaker. many times people need to plug up the cord anyways, so thereās really no reason that this should cause a problem unless someone is ridiculously lazy. in fact, you mentioning it being still plugged in and being able to be turned on from the guide button makes it even better for certain setups. as long as the guide button works for turning on the 360 after itās been already turned on, plugged in, and turned off, it should be awesome
no more need for splicing and dicing
iām gonna be using this as a standard now for my mod work, and iāll shoot you a PM sometime to follow up
hook me up with one jimmy if you have an extra you wont use! iām just down the street! iād need to test as well cough
Damn, I wish I got a ChImp to mess around with.
If anyone gets bored with theirs, you knowā¦>_>;
Quick question about the ChImp. Do you now connect the VCC+ and Gnd from the Xbox 360 pcb to one of the holes on 1-11 or A-K? And when you do get around to selling them they will be pre-assembled correct?
Heres my chImp mod. I tested it out on a multimeter and it looked good. On Saturday its going into the TE stick to be tested at a local tourny.

wow that wiring job looks so sexy.
Iāve had my nose to the grindstone so much that I didnāt even know this of this little surprise coming in the mail. I have just the joystick that this will work in. I should have it installed and tested tonight. Marcus you are da man.
Michael
really niceā¦
i need a ChImp
- You can, or you can use the VCC and GND screw terminal holes, your choice. There is nothing different about this from current cthulhuās.
- The first batch of of 100 (well, 90ish now) will be unassembled kits. Any after that, I havent decided yet.
So assuming the beta tests come back positive, when will we be able to get our hands on these?
