I did so shitty at Indy that it’s not even funny. Sf4 was mad hype with 32 entries. I really don’t know though, I was hoping that this would be a big game for me but I hardly care. Granted, super fun but I was losing to scrubs for free. I’m most likely taking a break from fighters again to figure out what I want to do.

the xbox controllers were so ridiculous. one setup had okay controllers, the other had crap-tastic ones.
i lost on the crap-tastic setup, i even told them, but they wouldnt let me play on the other setup cuz there was a match and they wanted things to get going. i didnt get a single c.MK -> tiger shot off the whole 3 rounds before i got peaced out.

Hey guys, I was wondering i you have any tips or advise for me, I’ve been practicing and practicing on my PS3 and I still have no luck, and just getting more frustrated.
In 3rd strike, I played Remy, though I was more known to playing with twelve at nickle city. With remy I could do his charge partitioning, but with street fighter 4. I am not sure why but I have not pulled it off yet. Am I mising something?

Guile does a Flash Kick on Blanka, while blanka is falling he fires a Sonic Boom, and immediately cancels into his Flash Kick Ultra. Some people have told me that there’s no charge partitioning in this game, but I don’t buy that as that combo can only be done with charge partitioning.

Another perfect example is guile fires a sonic boom, dashes, and fires another sonic boom, when he started that combo that he did.
The idea is no different from how remy does his charge partitioning in 3rd strike, like how he can hit the opponent with a F.Punch, land, diving kick, dash toward and flash kick… as a mid screen combo. Here’s a sample…

he did a flash kick that counter hit someone really high, as soon as he did the flash kick he started charging down back. He had just enough time to charge so he did sonic boom super canceled into super. Charge partitioning does not exist in this game. The guy who created that combo vid said so himself.

he didnt dash…he did a b+lk that moves guile forward so he can maintain charge.
In short, 3s you can charge partition, SF4 you can not.
