Edit: I bought Season 2 of The Boondocks the other day. To be honest, 1/2 of these episodes remind me of George (no homo).

they should have fighting game/ddr tournaments. where you have to do both at the same time …

If you guys watched the DDR Documentary that I posted youtube links on, there is a tournament at Pro Swap Meet in San Bernardino, CA that JSB actually ends up winning. That tournament was DDR (Perfect Attack & Freestyle), Beatmania III, MvC2, GGXX, CvS2 and 3rd Strike. I ran the CvS2 tournament (and i think ended up getting 2nd to Jal/Pigadoken)that day and it was all sooo much fun. Even better was that Eugene, who’s family owned the Swap Meet & Arcade, bought EVERYONE pizza. He must have had like 30 pizzas delivered that day for all the players(and non-players even) and all the machines were set on Free Play during the tournament…
Arcade owners/managers like him or John Bailon(SHGLboss), who I had the pleasure of working for at one point, were big staples in keeping the Arcade scene alive in So Cal. Due to the advances of technology in console play, they couldn’t afford to add the same perks later on and that played a major role in the silent death of many Arcades.
