I’m just throwing my 2 cents in. I think I would like to train some players first in, maybe, new ways of seeing the game. It’s so clear that potential has not been fully realized. Playing the “top” players in a first to 10 is great but it should happen AFTER we all level everyone up and a more complete fulfulling of potential has occured.
Everyone has individual talents and we really have the experience in many ways. There is a lot that could be exchanged to form a superior team, if that’s the goal. I agree that the current 5 are the “bosses” to surpass but preparing for a test is prudent and I have no problem teaching someone the many philosophies that I have experimented with throughout the years and giving them what they need to defeat me. Frankly, that would get me to play right, lol. Ish can be applied to anything really and with SF4 on the horizon, it could help there too.
I love playing against other people ‘for keeps,’ but when you just lose and don’t know how to get around it… well, it’s not as productive. I might not be able to make weekend get-togethers because of my dumb schedule, but… yeah. I’m not dead.
I’m not online at the moment and moving soon but I’ll hit Cole up and maybe we can do a weekly thing.
I feel like I could post some here but then anyone would have access. I’ll holla at Cole and see how his schedule is and then from there we can all coordinate.
I live 10 minutes from you, Frenchy. We’re both in Seattle, a small city. However, Blake lives in a cabin in the woods. He has talked about inviting me over for food and/or games before, but has always canceled at the last moment. Last time, he allegedly had no electricity; one of the many amenities that civilization offers.
Seeing as how I live 10 minutes from you, how about you teach me HD:R?
