Just because I have no intentions of buying a 360, doesn’t mean I can’t play the game. I mean, I played ST for 5 months in 07’, up until right after Winter Showdown. But for the first 2.5 months, I only played the game at other people’s sessions. It was not until season 2 when we swapped to the DC version did I start holding sessions at my place, since I never had a copy of CCC2. I also never loaded up ST from the TDC disk before that, since I just used it for Marvel.
And I wouldn’t know how HD:R stacks up to jug blowing. I’ve never blown anything in my life. That’s the truth. I would guess that jug blowing is probably more balanced and more technical.
Brent, if you get MS to donate a couple of 360s with SF4 discs and HD:R pre-loaded for your cause, you’re welcomed to store a few at my place.:lovin: I’ll work hard to unlock everything for ya.

I don’t see many people from srk playing HD lately. I wonder if I just play at a time when nobody plays. It’s almost as if I train in solitude. Which isn’t exactly what I had in mind. lol I totally want to play you guys though.

Any idea if the scoreboards on there are a little fucked? I have no idea what determines your rating. Doesn’t look like it’d be based just on your W/L percentage. Plus it says I’ve played like 200 more games than I actually have, and my rating jumped from like 850 to 0 overnight. Confusing.

I played some guy called The Prodigy 585 who went off for 5 mintues because I tick threw him once. He started calling me Mexican, and I was like, “Yup, you guessed it. I’m Mexican. How did you know?” He was like “I knew it! All you mexicans think its okay to tick throw. White guys do it too.” Then he went off on me for repping shoryuken in my bio.
Everything he said, I just kept agreeing with him, and he was like “Stop patrenizing me!”
I’ve been playing since… like… nine. For some reason… I decided I needed to win a ranked match as every character… but my skill is primarily limited to the shotos. Many of the characters… I’ve hardly ever played as prior to tonight. Then… I resort to lame tactics just to try and win.
Good training… in that I’m better learning to read opponents and find weaknesses.
Oh… and I’m still on should anyone feel the need to fight.
