Oh yes, you come back, but you get damaged. There are no ring outs.
Also there are things laying around the stages…treasure boxes, wooden boxes, etc. They can be picked up and thrown as weapons or busted open produces fruit (I assume energy replenish) bombs, swords, shields, etc. I’ve even come across giant snowballs that when thrown at someone, freezes them temporarily.
I’m still doing alot of guesswork at this game, Sonya. There are no faqs online for this game…at least not the gamecube version anyway, only the PS2 version. Of course I have the GC v. So I cannot decipher the correct game settings to save the people I unlock…since I cannot read japanese. According to the PS2 faq, there are at least 6 more chars. to unlock as well as stages and other things.

Yeah, the average FNGer won’t play it. I mean, how long have you had powerstone 2? I remember one time I bought my copy with the save data and shit and still no one even wanted to look at it.
