Literally only Elma and the shadow of a Mecha are recognizable from XCX but I love that she is there. Kind of wish if we got a sequel they would figure out how to get her into it again despite everything needing to be reset power wise.
This game looked so promising. Everything announced regarding it has been trash.
I was planning to buy Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team DX anyway but I decided to listen to some of the soundtrack on YouTube. That game has some baaaanngeeeeers. Bought. Arrives on Friday.
Also, this came last week.
I just expected the game. Didn’t think I was gonna get a fancy booklet that’s in Japanese, which prevents me from enjoying a good chunk of it, but whateves, I’ll take it.

So I might end up getting Pokémon Sword or Shield. I’m going to attempt to get it used so I’m not supporting Gamefreak or The Pokémon Company.
The reason is my friend is getting her brother a switch for his 22nd birthday. He’s on the spectrum and basically has no friends. Everytime I come over he usually comes over or is already over. My friend and her husband can’t really relate to him when it comes to video games and anime. So whenever we’re both over all we usually do is nerd out and talk shop.
Usually when I’m not there and he is all he does is bug them when I’m coming over next to game. It’s really funny and really sweet. He’s a good kid. I genuinely enjoy hanging out with him cause I enjoy taking about nerd shit at any time in any situation.
So I’m going to get him NSO for his bday to go with the switch so he can do wonder trades online, trade with me and battle with me and whoever else.

I also caved in and bought a used game. Worst case scenario imma sell it after I beat the game if I dont like it. The second worst case scenario is me liking it enough to keep and buy the DLC after the summer. I fucking hate Gamefreak

New Pokemon Snap
Other things:
A brushing teeth app and a puzzle game for the phone. Pokemon Go stuff. DLC for Sword and Shield is out and another Pokemon Direct coming next week which will have a big announcement.
Lol new Pokémon Snap. I remember when that came out on 64, I was like “This is neat but this isn’t what we asked for Nintendo”

I mean, it’s cool now cuz we already got a console Pokémon RPG, at the time of the original Snap I was however impatient with Nintendo, felt like they were dodging making the big one back in the day.
Ive never really cared that much about Pokemon so I didn’t care about a console Pokemon rpg. That’s what I had a PS1 for with games like Monster Rancher and Jade Cacoon shrug

I had a PSone as well, with hella RPGs. Wasn’t so much I didn’t have any to play, but I had beat the Gameboy Pokémon games years ago and was itchin for a realized console RPG, I was in full Pokemon fanboy mode back then lol
