You would think after all the Direct hype backlash, Nintendo and it’s affiliates have gotten over the years they would know better then to promote a mystery announcement during a drought of info if the game wasn’t going to be a big crowd pleaser. Should have stealth dropped it into the Treehouse stream like they did Samus Returns in the E3 one a few years back.
Hunger and thirst for Nintendo IP is too strong to be playing around with messaging mistakes.

I’m done playing Pokémon shield. Not cause I beat it but for the fact I couldn’t stand playing it any longer. Just way too many little things I disliked that snowballed as the game went on.
None of which had to do with how it looked graphically or technically cause outside of a few very minor things the game is absolutely gorgeous. None of it had to do with lack of national dex either. It was just a lot of things they did with mechanics, pacing and other things that actually affected how much I enjoyed the game. Some of which were slight head scratching and some I found outright infuriating. I’m typing on my iPad right now. When my phone is charged I’ll elaborate more on this post.
I feel I gave it a fair shake though. Close to 40 hours and got to the 8th gym.

Sure. I put P5 down the first time after the dungeon right before the last cuz I was just…done. like 90 hours lmao. I went back later and finished but sometimes you’ve just had enough.
I doubt he was playing to find out what happens.

I absolutely fucking hated everything about Hop. His whole identity crisis and inferiority complex of trying to live up to his brother and worrying too much about his brothers rep instead of trying to be his own person as well was beyond god damn annoying.

Easily the worst “rival” in the history of core generational titles. Like even Wally in Gen 3 eventually stopped being a mopey bitch. He found his self confidence and self respect through training Ralts and become a fucking amazing trainer.
