True although I would love a licensed collection of Capcom beat’em ups. They put AvP on their arcade stick mini console collection, they need to pair that with the D&D games, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs and whatever else they can sang I would be down.

The Skill up video is garbage. The mainstream series of Pokemon always been one on one turn based battles. And most of the offshoots he mentioned like Colosseum and Stadium.
It isn’t that Nintendo lazy, the reviewer has zero attention span. The backgrounds are some of the most imaginative Pokemon has in a long time.
Slight and minor spoilers for those who didn’t play.
Summary
The Twist of making the Pokemon League into a Sports League and not having the Professor the de facto introduced into the world is a breath of fresh air. Hell the Professor is a minor NPC who you see only a few times.
It’s like you didn’t even watch the video. 
But that’s why the series has gone to shit and will stay that way. Dumb shits like you defend it and gobble it up.
Graphical issues, difficulty issues, garbage plot, same garbage animations, no end game content, terrible mechanics, boring monotone dialogue, etc.
But you can still catch Pokémon and battle, 10/10!

This is a game released in 2019 and graphical comparisons are being made with a game on the N64. Frame rate can drop to 15fps or lower.

They specifically said they cut the roster to improve graphics/animations. Not to mention it’s on the switch.
How is it that Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee looks and runs better than Sw&Sh? Why should we just be ok with shit graphics for a game on a current gen console? And not only does it look like shit, but in can’t even keep a solid frame rate.

What are you going on about, I been playing this on and off for two weeks in both docked and hand held mode I saw no noticeable frame drops.
Game looks like ass. Stop this cherry pick nonsense.
Lack of difficulty would be more accurate.
Doing any of the online play tanks frame rate. Even just going through wild lands.

DigitalFoundry confirmed that the framerate takes a hit whenever you’re online in the wildlands. I dunno if you’re less sensitive to that, or just don’t care but it’s definitely a thing.

I would notice more in a shooter, shump or fighter.
Cause it has always been a handheld game? First time on console and it kinda looks like a PS2 game. Not super complaining but cant deny

On the Pokemon subject, let us be real it doesn’t look great but why should it, the only experience Gamefreak has with HD game development has been mobile games, the Let’s Go games and Little Town Hero. None of which have been on this level of game size. Hell the year the Switch launched the president of either Pokemon Company or Gamefreak I forget which was talking they didn’t have plans for it and only after it’s monster first year did they announce plans at beginning development.

Honestly visuals are on the lowest rung of the issues with Sw&Sh. If the actual game was good it’d be overlooked. But it just makes the whole package feel even worse.

Gotta give a shout out to the homie, @MARTIAN for letting me know both Turok titles are only $7usd. I have Turok 1 but I’ve been waiting to get Seeds of Evil until it was on sale in some capacity.
I either didn’t notice it when I was compiling that list yesterday or it wasn’t there. Cause it’s a deep enough discount ($13 off of each title) that it’s definitely worth mentioning.
Now just give us the multiplayer mode of rage wars with net play please.
