The Nintendo Switch Thread! - Deadly Premonition 2: Blessing in Disguise 7/10 - Paper Mario: The Origami King 7/17

Pass for me because I don’t like the DMC games lol. I’ve tried several several times to play them but I just don’t find them interesting or enjoyable.

The only one I liked was 4 until you got control of Dante and you just played the same game in reverse.

I also just find Dante to be an incredibly annoying character.

How much space does a switch card hold? And how much space does this collection take? Laaaaaazyyyyyyy

Any black Friday deals for BOTW?

broke my LRG cherry and ordered this:

Planning on getting Blasphemous before the cutoff on Friday as well.

I think it’s on sale for $30 or $40 at all major retailers. Can’t remember which price point though.

Edit: Walmart has it for $30

I’m going to cop it now that I’m done with Fallen Order and most of MHW stuff.

@CDB2

BotW Black Friday prices:

Walmart has it for $30.

Target has it for $30

Best Buy has it for $40.

Amazon has it for $43 right now. I don’t know if that’s going to lower to $40 or $30 within the next few days though.

GameStop unsurprisingly does not have it on sale.

so, I looked that game up from LRG … and it’s an Ecchi RPG. It’s gonna be fun explaining this game to the missus …

Game is already 10/10 for this character alone. He’s a panty hunting pink seal.

Yes plz.

I now do NOT regret this decision.

I think the biggest switch game card is now 32gb, which the first was Witcher III.

wasn’t the Final Fantasy X/X2 ports on a 32gb cart overseas?

Cant say.

Yeah the Asia version, which has the English localization, is on a 32GB cart. I own that version.

Man… I find myself only being able to play Pokemon Sword in short bursts. The combat is just so boring and I have no idea how people even enjoy playing this competitively. I was pretty optimistic considering I haven’t played one since Blue. It’s the same thing, just new graphics, but I knew that already. All the graphical complaints are spot on.

I think I like Let’s Go more because less tedious battles.

Let’s go hardly has battles.
I gave my copy of Let’s Go Pikachu to a friend’s wife as I hated the shoehorn motion controls and the lack of battles.

Also Pokemon always, always been a turn based RPG. It’s more a strategic overly complicated game of rock paper scissors with alot of grinding more than anything else.

I love my turned based RPGs. It’s just the flow of pokemon battles feel like more time is spent reading text of what is happening than the actual combat itself. Most battles are won within 1 or 2 attacks, which should be quick, but it’s slowed down by the amount of text and switching.

Let me turn everything off and see how I feel.
