Updates are available to all of the Konami Anniversary Collections. I fired up Contra Anniversary Collection and the update lets you play the Japanese versions of the game in Anniversary Collection. That means INFINITE CONTINUES on Contra III and a LIFE BAR in Contra Hard Corps! HUZZAH!

Reminder that tonight is the last night to take part in the E3 sale that Nintendo’s been doing on the eshop. I went ahead and bought FF7, FFIX, the original Crypt of the Necrodancer and Okami. The original CotN is only 4 bucks so I feel like there’s no reason for me not to buy it right now.

…one thing—naturally I love a good dose of TnA but it’s quite disappointing that the “wizard” in this game looks like that…I would’ve preferred a more traditional looking mage character…“wizard” in this game is basically a random “almost naked” bitch with some weird hoop weapons[??!]

Nintendo NY store is a fun store to visit whenever people are in NYC. Highly recommend visiting it at least once if you like anything Nintendo.
I just put in a order for a stylus pen and immediately regret doing so. While I already have Mario Maker 2 pre ordered, I rarely play significant time in handheld mode and likely won’t… It wasn’t that expensive but unless Etrian Odyssey gets made for the Switch this feels like a ’ I won’t get the $10 worth’ purchases.
You know, I tend to play Switch in docked mode for the most part, too. But I’m thinking about getting a stylus for SMM2. I can see myself lying in bed at night before sleep working on levels and it’ll be nice to have a stylus for that.
You guys should probably invest in a stylus. If you use level builder in handheld it’s entirely touchscreen
