Hahaha. Fucking sweet. We have DLC/Digital Code cards for various games here at work and my discount card works on them.
I have no idea why the discount works with Nintendo based currency and Digital codes since it doesn’t work On anything PSN/XBL/Steam But fuckin’ boy howdy am I glad it works for Nintendo ones.
I may actually pick up some of the DLC I’ve been putting off since forever since I can get them for less than eshop prices. It’ll have to wait until I get paid. But fuck. This makes me happy.

Yea I’ll be scoopin the Ikaruga physical. I have every other physical version of Ikaruga so I’m kind of obligated.
Thankfully haven’t bought the digital switch version yet.

Why are people talking about an Ikaruga Switch release and where do I find it?
I’m also part of that weird family of people who have the game on Dreamcast and Gamecube already but a Switch cartridge would be nice as well.
/E: never mind, google first, ask questions later. Gotta love how the Switch only has its logo (instead of a huge banner) on the cover, the artwork really comes alive there compared to the PS4 version.

Still hype for mua3, but as someone who hasn’t played the previous 2, does 3 look to be better? If so, why?

Uh. It’s hard to say, tbh. MUA3 seems to have added A LOT more when it comes to battle mechanics. Also has a lot of QoL changes and polish. My one issue with it so far is that it seems very busy. Like watching the treehouse demo was very fun but also kind of overwhelming due to how much was going on at once.
I haven’t played MUA1 or 2 since they originally launched so I can’t really say how the stack up against 3. The MUA1/2 bundle is still available for PSN on amazon but for $60 I don’t think it’s a reasonable price when they didn’t do any upscaling, fix issues from the originals and other obvious things that needed to be addressed. For better or for worse they’re just copy pasta ports. I’m hoping that MUA3 is successful so Nindy will be willing to pull some strings to get 1+2 remastered and ported over to the switch.
I just know 3 looks really, really good and I’m glad the roster is much more diverse than just “MCU and some cameos” as it was originally presented. I wish the story was a little bit more creative than another infinity stone story. That said though, like the cast, there looks to be a lot more to the story than Thanos and his army trying to collect the stones.

So Hori is making Joycons specifically for playing Daemon X Machina in handheld mode but I have a feeling these will be good for anyone who has issues playing games in handheld mode due to having truckasaurus hands.

Fair warning on those Hori controllers. They don’t support gyro aiming even though gyro aiming will be included inn the retail release of DXM.
There’s a couple other features missing I think but that stood out the most, since I was going to grab a pair.
