Nintendo is a lot looser on censorship as of late. There are a lot of pretty graphic visual novels on the Switch eshop. Now that vita is officially dead a lot of Japanese Indy devs are coming to the switch and Nintendo is letting them. So expect a lot of weird visual novels, weird RPGs and shmups from Japanese developers.

True. They’re just going to make their selves more known and pop up a lot more like it’s a skrull invasion. They’re overrun the eshop before you know it.
Nintendo has been loose on censorship for two decades. People are just finally taking note. After the MK1 debacle, Nintendo has left 3rd party titles alone.

They have left third party products alone but it hasn’t been that long since Xenoblade X and Tokyo Mirage Sessions, which both got censored for their western releases.
That said they seem to have moved away from that stance as well considering the amount of cleavage and breast jiggling from certain characters in Xenoblade 2.
Nintendo were the only ones that told Platinum to go all out with the fanservice in Bayonetta 2. It was Nintendo idea to promote the game on Playboy.

TMS censoring was Atlas’ doing not Nintendo’s. Also the only major thing that was censored in XCX IIRC was having to do with Lynne (think that was her name…) who was underage.

Yeah. I love Tim Minchin. I found him through one of his performances on Conan when he was still on NBC yeeeeeaaaarrrsss ago.
Ended up seeing him in live twice in Seattle. It’s a shame he rarely tours now though. He’s wrote like 2 or 3 different musicals though. Hes making that paper hand over fist because of them too. So I’m happy for him.
