I’m wondering (hoping) if there will be a messaging system in the game. I miss being able to comment on levels, especially after you beat someone’s level. That feedback was a really cool feature and I was sad when it was removed from SMM when MiiVerse went away.

I’m so fucking stoked. Already planning levels out in my head. I’m hoping some folks around here will get it so we can share levels like we did last time. But that was before the snap, and there aren’t as many members now.

ha, I look forward to the next Mario Maker for sure… it was so simple to build various “trolling bullshit” scenarios in that… I only hate you couldn’t be there to see a person’s reaction when they get hit by whatever…
Easy example— put a brick ledge far up in the sky, out of normal view…put enemies on top of that, but kinda fenced in a bit by other bricks so they don’t fall prematurely… have a P-switch that the player needs to hit to get something else and there ya go… the enemies fall on their head once they switch all bricks to coins 
It’s a simple thing but stuff like that will always be funny to me.

Giant Thwomps offscreen are a classic maneuver, too.
Or Thwomps offscreen that fall into and trigger offscreen P-Switch, making you fall as the bricks you’re standing on turn to coins 
I remember @roknin did a bunch of YouTube vids playing our levels. Those were so great. I made a dungeon level called Roknin Can’t Beat This Castle just for him. He beat it.
I’d like to figure out how to do videos like that, even if it’s just for you guys. I’m telling y’all now, I will play every level anyone on SRK makes.
