Do you have a projector?
Yup. Panasonic AE8000 and one of the major reasons I got it was because of the minimal lag it has in game mode. I got it when it came out like 4+ years ago. I’m sure there are others that are good for gaming now a days too.
I’ve mainly used my switch in portable mode. The joycons really don’t bother me a bit.

Anyone played the Octopath demo? Game looks dope, especially if you liked the Bravely Default series.
Yeah I spend a lot of time down there, not just gaming but watching movies and sports as well. My wife loves watching movies too and we blast that shit and if you’re upstairs it sounds like there is an earthquake during booming scenes.

Fucking dope. Is that 5.1 with dual subs or do you have rear speakers too? No wonder it sounds like an earthquake, lol. My setup is a bit more conservative, but it fits my needs. I don’t think I’d ever leave the basement if I lived in your house, though.
It’s a 5.2 setup. The rears are the ones you see on the walls on the edges of the pic. The 3 mains are all the same speaker but I had to turn the center channel one sideways for obvious reasons.

I really want to try Lost Sphere but I don’t $50 want to try it.
Same reason I didn’t pick up I am Setsuna. Just way to expensive for digital.
I use portable whenever I am in a room my dock is not hooked up in most of the time.
I want to try it, too. That or wait for Project Octopath Adventure.

I actually got two docks, one for home and one for travel
portable mode 95% of the time. Just easier for me
I’ve played my Switch outside the house a few times, but just being able to play it in bed is enough for me. I don’t really take it out because since the main games I play are online. I will take it out more once i kill some backlog on my other handhelds
They’re both available as physical versions. For I am Setsuna you’d need to import from Japan but it still has English and French as language options.

Got the last 2 collectible moons in Mario Odyssey last night and the reward was weak as hell. What I figured would happen did happen, but what it actually unlocks was very “meh”.
Now I have to grind and get like 10k more coins to buy 100 more moons to get all of them.
