So is there any reason to actually buy the DSi? My old Lite is on the verge of breaking apart, so I was thinking about getting a replacement, but I don’t really see what the advantage is in upgrading to the DSi.
I actually ended up using the DSi camera a LOT. Takes very quick photos that are easy to load to facebook and stuff like that. I found it easier for quick uploads rather than using the point and shoot where I gotta take out the card, copy/paste, and attach and all that. We use the point and shoot more to make hardcopies anyway, and I ended up using the DSi to just click away, log in and upload to facebook and it’s really quick for sharing heh. I don’t have an iPhone and stuff to do that so I use the DSi.
I enjoy a slightly bigger screen and the DSiWare, though there aren’t too many “must have” apps right now.
Considering they have flash carts that run on the DSi now, I’d say yeah if you have reason to get it. My DS lite still works perfectly so I don’t want to spend 170$ on a DSi right now.
Finally finished the story for DBZ: Attack of the Saiyans. Fun game…hope they get enough money to make the sequal and actually make ‘time hits’ on the attacks instead of making chains randomly occur. The sequal has much potential to be better. Now I’ll finally be able to work on M&L: Bowser’s Inside Story
are there any good games on DSiware. Im going on a plane ride tomorrow. so it would be nice to have something to play with the 1000 points i still have when i bought the DSi
Finished Hotel Room Dusk 215. Really enjoyed it. Like relationships, I like to leave a bit of time between finishing one good game and sinking my teeth into another. What do you guys reccomend- I’m thinking either Castlevania (Dawn or Portrait), one of the Proff Leyton games, Phoenix Wright or Spirit Tracks. Which one shall I go for?
I would go with Phoenix Wright so you can get hype for the Edgeworth game.

mighty flip champs seems cool. Anybody have it, and what do you think about it?
It’s not a bad puzzle game, but I’d recommend Bomberman Blitz or Rayman over it.
Fawful is reminding me why I think he’s one of the best characters to have been thought up within the Mario universe.
Oh yesh! Btw, Reazen: how high does my character have to be to beat the crap out of Mother Trinity? I’m at 32 now, and she’s still embarassing me.
Looks hotttt, can’t wait to play this. I liked hotel dusk more than the phoenix wright series =O

- that’s one I haven’t tried yet - Hotel Dusk 215. I should, though since you guys are bigging it up nicely and it’s got some nice reviews so far.
I took out Mother Trinity around level 28-ish, but I did it as a Ranger. If you’re playing a hunter you gotta watch out for that headsmash thing she does, so hit and run is the name of the game. Gotta get in like 1 or 2 strikes inbetween then dodge roll out to avoid the headbutts. It takes awhile but you gotta put up with it.
Oh damn, thanks for the link! Art style is still as beautiful as ever. I saw a familiar face in there (not talking about the Red Crown people). You think Kyle is hitting that?
Playing Metroid Prime: Hunters.
Current analysis: Dope as hell.
The only game I’m excited about so far this year is Ragnarok DS.
Being a White Smith on the go is going to be jawesome. I love RO.
Anyone playing Spirit Tracks? I’m having a hell of a time getting Royal Dish treasures. Every time I complete a sidequest or do well in a minigame I get ancient gold. I’ve got almost 30 of the stupid things. I never get anything else. I thought it was random…
