I found a few secret levels in Henry Hatsworth. One had an item in it, the Golden Wallet, that increased the value of gems by 15%. Awesome.
Last mission of Chinatown Wars. I’ve really enjoyed the story and the writing so far. I think Huang is my favorite GTA protagonist.

And here I was, trying to avoid it. There goes killing random Jamaicans, Latinos, and fellow countrymen for change.
It IS a surprise hit game. The instant I beat world 1, I felt like Henry Hatsworth became like Mario because of the fact he could wall jump! And after world three, with the ability to dash, I felt like frickin’ ZERO from Megaman X.
The whole ‘Tetris Attack’ on the bottom screen connected really well with the action part, IMO. And final boss music? Sounded almost like a Guilty Gear track!
So, I beat Valkyrie Profile. The final battle felt out of place and the game ended pretty abruptly. The last boss is a bitch to beat. Took me 3-4 tries.
Started HH and its pretty fun. Only made it to 1-2 before I stopped though.
Oh, if anyone is planning on getting a DSi (I know there’s probably only like 2 other people other than myself interested at this point), Gamecrazy has a deal where you could trade your DS Lite in for $90 and your regular DS for $60 towards it. And they’re having a midnight release. Better than Gamestop, for sure, but I don’t have a GC in my area. I still opted for the tax-free Amazon option with the $10 off when you buy a DSi and Rhythm Heaven.
Bought Avalon Code and Pokemon Platinum, playing Avalon Code first and damn this is a good game. This is how I envisioned a Full Metal Alchemist type game. But I probably won’t play Pokemon til a good bit.

I’ve been trying to find another FPS game on the DS other than Metroid for when I go on a long trip. Right now the only two other FPS games I can think of are Moon and CoD. I’m leaning toward CoD due to the fact that it has a multiplayer option and Moon lacks that, but I’d like to see if I can get some opinions on this.
Then I also wanted to try to find a fighting game and I was thinking about getting the UMK3 port or that one Bleach game. Jump Superstars isn’t an option because I don’t really want to pay more for an import.
guys is there any really good games for the ds that i should go with out. i play all genre. i just know i can play something nice and pretty recent other then letting my son destroy the system
