Yes. It’s dirt cheap, I’ll even PM you a site. I got my gf one and at first she’s all “But there aren’t that many games on DS that I want to play”. Well, when those games are free, there all of a sudden becomes a shitload of games that you play.

I was checking out some movies in a store today and went to see some DS games an i was in shock when i saw Legacy of Ys: Books I & II because i was hoping they release it here and didn’t knew about this at all so i’m gonna buy this when i get my check next week.
I have never finished the first Ys game.I was like 13 when i played this and got to the end of the tower but the boss was a hard one for me at the time.The other game i played and finished was Ys 3 on the snes so i’m hoping this remake to be great and to finish the first Ys game at last.
I’m pretty sure the the DSi is going to have firmware…so hackers better keep their shit on the DL or Nintendo is gonna stick an update up their asses.

I’m pretty sure that some time in the future, the DSi will be cracked into custom firmware for open public anyway. It’s just a matter of time - although in my humble opinion, it will probably highly dependant on how Nintendo update the DSi’s firmware. I believe its very possible if the update process is similarly done like the PSP and I don’t believe Nintendo will be asses to force consumers to download a particular version of firmware to play ‘x’ game (despite how draconian they still are).
Meh, I could be wrong.
I spent an hour playing R. Game Challenge-

You all made me start playing it too. It’s great! I’m just at Haggle Man yet, but I’m loving it.
The english dub is a bit annoying, but that’s my only complaint so far. That, and it’s not released over here. EU doesn’t even seem to have a release planned at all :sad:
Made me watch the subbed episodes of Game Center CX too (found out about the show while reading up on this game on wiki), hilarious.
Just picked up an R4 and have been playing the hell out of Etrian Odyssey. I might lack a story but it reminds of Shining the Holy Arc/Phatasy Star 1 a lot. Deff worth checking out.
Anyone picking up Henry Hatsworth?
I got my R4 about a week ago. Best 17 pounds I’ve spend. I’ve been playing JUS, it’s a pretty good game and kinda addictive. I intend to go through Castlevania also.
I’m seriously considering it. I’ll rent it through GameFly and if it turns out to be great, I’ll buy it.
Henry Hatsworth is fun. I recommend you guys play it.

Etrian 2 improves upon the first one in every way, and the stories aren’t really related, so anyone wanting to try it should probably skip to 2. 1 is good too, so play both if you really like the style.

I don’t think it’s the whole show they’re subbing, just the segments where Arino has game challenges. It’s an awesome show though. First and second episode are hilarious. And fourth(?) he plays Steel Battalion, man I would like to play that game. I love the concept of permadeath…
I’m at Guadia Quest in Retro now, this game is really great. A bit easy so far, will there be harder challenges revisiting games later?
