You actually run out of mana outside of early boss fights? O.o I actually though OoE had the best combat setup the series had seen in a while. Until I got Death Ring and Dominus Agony and started killing bosses in 3 to 5 hits. And even then it was still enjoyable.
Castlevania games are the only games where level grinding is fun. I just hit lvl 83, but I am not sure if I am going further than that because your MP and Heart Max are capped (790 for MP and 350 for Hearts).
:rock: Welp, that’s an instant purchase. SMT games are so damn addictive.
I still play Days of Ruin and Civilization Revolution pretty regularly for that turn based fixed.
You sir are 100% correct. Lock’s Quest is an amazing game.
Amazon Deal of the Day - Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen for $20.
(Note: link has a reference link to CAG, which is where I got the link from)
That an amazing deal, though I know the game isn’t for everyone.
does the dsi have english menu options?
man i have no idea what to Castlevania Order of Ecclesiado. What do I have to do to get though those walls that glow?
A glyph (gotten from a boss in Dracula’s Castle) will let you do it.
hmmm, cause I get there yet, im missing 1 person i need to save, shes the mom of the 2 kids stuck in a ice room.
There’s another way to get there. The Paries glyph can only be gotten in Drac’s Castle which will open up when you have saved all villagers.
Your last villager is Irina I believe which you access through a breakable wall.
alright thanks, Ive been looking everywere for her sorry ass.
Irina
Spoiler
If you want to know exactly where she is, Irina is in a breakable wall partway up the left side of the cliff beneath the waterfall in Tristis Pass. The same waterfall that is initially frozen and you have to unfreeze by absorbing Vol Grando at the top.
has anyone played Robocalypse yet?
ffuuuuuuuuuck, albus is the only enemy that casts Acerbatus huh??
i fuckin missed it. only thing in the whole game i’m missing : /
yes, i did and still do. I’m low level (lvl 25) and i’m already at dracula’s castle normal mode.
My opinion has somewhat changed since i got to his castle. It’s actually really fun. Although… another gripe: money is so hard to come by in this game. Monsters rarely drop any, when they do it’s a blue or copper coin. I rely alot on pots because i’m so level, and thus i need money, and what i’m doing is farming a candle stick with Inera Pentera (the glyph that increases money drops) near a door, and repeat.
I never even knew about Lumantio + melee weapon Light Sword Union until a few hours ago.
Oh just wait until you get the gold ring and Inera Pentera. It’ll be raining blue bags of happiness
I really dont use money in that game, but its a must if you are a quest completer.
Christ, so I gotta add Castevania OoE to my “buy-but-don’t-play-for-months” list. Same with CT, and… well, i can’t think of any other DS games I’d want to buy right now. But… yeah.
Well Metal Slug 7 comes out in a week or two.
What’s up with the KORG music maker for the DS? I just now saw an ad for it in Res. Evil 5 EGM.
