Geese actually knows about this glitch I believe, don’t you Geese??
I personally find that glitch so damn hilarious because of 2 reasons.
- I love the fact you can use the death poke tactic… (one person on each side one jabbing and one doing low light kicks*
- I love seeing Iori do the Maiden masher while Kyo abuses from the other side…
^ Good thing the asians around here dropped Kyo after realizing he’s only middle-tier and has almost no range-game.
Yes I do know about this glitch!!! This is how you do it…
Do the Special Deadly Assault with them and it must kill the opponent…then you can control one or the other opponent…
One of the best cross-up mixups with Hanzo I use(Cant be in corner)-
Sweep to teleport with D, fall and combo with crossover b to cr. ax2 combo of choice. if they block the attempt then you can throw (the crossover b that is)
Also Ai has an infinite combo but I AINT TELLING…(well maybe if you PM me heheh)
And man seeing you use Kisarah now ArcadeFire you are probably with me when you say “I wish she could deal with damage better!!” She takes some damage with that small frame of hers!!! She takes work indeed just to get in on an
opponent!!!
With Fuma according to Personas chart you can do this combo-
Cr.b,cr.a HCF+D, cancel quickly if not in the corner to qcb+D then finish with Dragon punch/Double Dragon punch.
Fuma is beef on wakeup with his qcb+a/C move…setups up the SDA if you have a team and just snuffs a lot of things on wakeup. Works great as a Counterhit throw if they try to attack!!!

My guess on best AA: down+C
B&B down B, A, df+D xx Bat
Keep Away: (because it’s definately not a trap)
Tetris Block (A)
then spam
QCB+AC (Tetris Block hit by Bat) or Joy Joy Balloon and throw crap.
I’ve heard people say to spawn a block then use the teleport to “mixup” frankly i don’t see how/why. Her fake teleport doesn’t really do anything and her real one is vulnerable.
Also a decent poke wouldn’t be too much to ask for as i’m finding myself overwhelmed by Mai and her A pokes.
Maybe I’m underestimating her bat move or something but she doesn’t have any “get the hell off me” type move.
Throw a block or two, spam fake teleports, follow up with a real teleport or a block. This means the enemy’s not sure if you’ll continue to play keep away or come in close range. Also, the opponent wouldn’t be sure if you want to increase the time to drop blocks.
More or less, anyway. I’m still not so sure on how to use Ai, but that seems to be the way to go.
I never really noticed her taking more damage than anybody else…but yeah, she really needs to work for that damage.
Yes indeed…more AI stuff…use the ABC Floating balloon for mindgames also…it works great!!!
That and the HCB+b baseball cancel to Ouroboros super, works great and can be used to juggle and can do more than once depending on how many supers you have!!!
Ai is best used for confusion and always try to keep blocks on the screen, that keeps your opponent grounded, then you can play your game!!! Mix her with Marco man and you got some serious zoning!!!
Man I’m trying to imagine how tough of a battle Mizuchi is for Kisarah…geez…
That’s why I team her up with Ai. To counter prjectile savy characters. I also use Hip Bazooka to fly over fireballs too. I almost never do Joy Joy Ballon…maybe cause I always get AA-ed out of it while in the air…anyways…does Ai’s A Baseball bat move counter fireballs? I tried using C version and it got hit…so yeah.
Kisarah is the most versatile non projectile character evar. Better than Kim, and I’m a Kim fan.
need stats and moves for Jin Chonrei, Jin Chonshu King Lion Athena 86 and Mizuchi

Chonrei, whore Jump C ALOT, beats most AAs and DAS, use his dash move, (f+f P) its safe on block, use his combo into dash move, (even st. jabx2 to dash move works and blocked is safe) Use his lockdown super fireballs and try to confuse/guard break. Mizuchi…oh my god…his most underused move is his DP+a/c…that move has SERIOUS PRIORITY…be it on wakeup on not…King Lion…I got strats with him too…PM me…I dont wanna post them…
But Like I said, Counters are Chonrei’s Kryptonite. Shermie’s qcb + C, Geese counters, hell even Rock counters can snuff Chonrei… But Chonrei is a speedy bastard. I’d take the Kim bros over the Jin twins though…
Can somebody be nice enough to “teach” me Kyo? This is like his only version of him I can use (Air RED Kick FTW!). I’m probably gonna team him up with Iori, just for the special DA. How do you do his new follow-up? (The fist clench explosion thingy).

Yeah I know Counters eat Chonrei ALIVE!!! His new follow up is off this combo…
qcf+C,qcf+C,qcf+A,qcf+D,HCB+c(this is the followup), that is his new follow up that enables you to do the Special Deadly Assault with Iori. It cannot for what I know be comboed after the combo though…at least I havent been able to do it.
Have you played him before in KOF 2000-2002/NW?
If you have then nothing has really changed other than his Added supers, and Air "SHINGO KICK’ and new combo ender.
I think his moves are easier to do in NGBC and his mid-air RED kick is REALLY useful. I might also try replacing Shiki with Rock for a Terry/Rock team even though Rock’s low-tier in this game…
EDIT: Speaking of Terry is it wrong to use him as his 03/XI self? I find his new move kinda useless and his Geyser follow-ups kinda odd. Also for Terry’s special DA with Rock…
So…is that just the dash? That sounds really wierd and is it Back, FWD? or the same motion as Terry’s power gyeser super?
I remember doing the Special DA with Terry with or without a kick. And yeah, it’s b, f, b, f without charging, to activate with Terry’s.
This really helps when doing this in the corner:
st. D xx Power geyser x2, Special DA.
This does mad damage, plus red life, and so the character will be seriously maimed.
The Special DA List (the ones i know)
Kyo: qcf + c, qcf + c, qcf +a, qcf + d, hcb + c to be able to be eligible for it. then hcb,qcf + AE.
Iori: hcb,qcf + a or c if it connects qcf x2 +CE
Terry: Hcb + B or D, DO NOT PRESS B OR D again! then b, f, f + AE (The Range on this move sucks hard)
Rock: Rage run shift (qcb + d) RDP + CE
Karate: Must connect the Tenchi Haoh ken. then qcf, b, f + AE
Robert (ME!!!): Must do the ending to his QCB + B or D move, then qcb, f, b + CE (This is easy to avoid. just duck)
Oh and D. Geese, it does combo. after the HCB + D punch in the corner. And when I mean this is serious… Can you say pissed off players?
Terry’s is b,f,b,f+AE but it’s REALLY short range
Rocks is HCBX2+CE after a HCB+D
and you got Robert/Mr. Karate’s wrong…
Ryo: After a Qcf2 punch, Hcf2 AE.
Robert: After a Qcb4 kick along with the follow up qcf kick, Hcb2 CE.
I can’t do Yuki/Ai’s special DA I only did Ai’s which is pretty bad ass.

Yuki: Power up with A, B, and Taunt(start on arcade, L1 on PS2) and then qcf, hcb +AE.
Ai: Do the baloon and ABC follow up, while the lightning thingy is on screen, qcb x 2 + CE.
I learned this fun rock corner combo off of some video the other day.
Shinkuu Nage(break, throw into corner), qcb a, qcb a, lvl. 2 Shine Knuckle, qcb a, qcb a, Special DA with Terry.
It does a fun bit of damage on someone.
