anyone know how to play the “History Mode” in the ps2 version??
i play the Battle with both characters and i win but nothing happens= =
You have to fulfill specific conditions…

We really need to get a list of everyones BnB combos in one place. It’s hard to find this stuff. Could someone just make a big post that lists a few essential combos for each character?
Does anyone know what had changed in the PS2 version compared to the arcade? A friend and I last night tried to do Raoh’s infinite but couldn’t get it.

My Ken/Raoh stuff is way out of date and doesn’t include any of the newer infinites/bullshit stuff everyone likes. I’ll probably update them and make a nice FAQ after I get the PS2 version.
Well, ppl want BnB combos I think it’s good for now.
Your raoh stuff may be out of date by a bit, but it helped me get started the combos are pretty simple and it gave me something to shoot for, and now I’m slowly working towards much better combos, like ones that don’t invovle using his silly ora ora ora! move (623c).
Also for people having trouble linking the 2a, I press it right before they go into that little stagger animation and that works for me. (It’s just like overmind said, and least I think it was overmind.)
I’m so tempted to make a Heart thread. :lol:

Well this is odd.
I’m not too sure if its the disc or training mode or what.
I’m in training mode trying to do some throw combos with Toki and I notice something a bit odd. Whenever I try to tick throw (or just walk up and throw… or anything throw related) Toki does his animation of his far HP attack but only for the first few frames and goes back to normal stance. It’s like I kara into… nothing, seriously.
I thought it was just me tripping out or something was wrong with my stick, so I put up the display for input. It registers everything just fine, and it even says I hit the HP yet nothing came out but some strange animation.
Anyone run into this?

Yeah, I said that before about that Juda 623+A change, but even alternating it with different attacks doesn’t guarantee a hit:arazz:
It’s funny that once this game came out, everybody is now jumping towards Toki and Rei:rolleyes:
What did you expect? Those are the characters that they see dominate in every match video. They’re not gonna flock to Mamiya or Jagi or nothing like that. I’m sticking with Kenshiro just cuz he’s such a bad ass in the series and I don’t know enough about the game to use anyone else.
I was using Rei before I knew he was juiced… I am going to try and ickup another char to play though too.
