Now that I thought of something to actually contribute to the thread, is there any chance of the ps2 version being localized since Sega did make arcade cabinets for NA?
the blue bar didn’t reduce at all. At least jabs don’t reduce blue bar.
Small chunk doens’t count:looney: Okay I got it, no problem.
Compare Kenshiro’s 623A and Shin’s 214C:
If the data is not wrong, both do the same 22 damage. Could you compare how much blue bar they remove since I don’t have PS2 at this moment. Here are the rest of the scan you can toy with:
You’re all welcome. It would be selfish not to share the files as I was the only one who successfully downloaded the files. I liked the DVD so far, nice findings here and there, the new Toki throw combo setup is sexy but you have to master 2A~E.
i’ll do it next time i play. thanks for those scans, the quality is much better than the ones on dustloop, no need to strain my eyes anymore ^^
for everyone able to answer (maybe laugh?)
what are the most pratical ways to get a bounce combo with toki? possibly the ones requiring the least boost/super.
atm i can only do the one requiring 2 boost and a super that works on rei and a few others… the one where you boost hyakuretsuken till around 24 hits, land super, then dash 2A * n
also, i’d like to hear some advice on the late part of the combo… often the opponent bounce higher when i don’t expect that, and i drop the combo. at what point do you shift into respectively stand jab/jump jab*2/superjump/etc? how many hits before A+B, sjA, B *n will work?
ps. i was forgetting, i tried in arcade and the throws really seem to reset the stun.
