man metalfoes zoo is so fun to play, such a grindy interactive deck. my only gripe is every single one of my games went to time, ive rarely ever went to time beforeā¦lol. but what makes it worse is in my final round i played against zoo, we went to time in the middle of of the 2nd game -_- ā¦he opened double fusion sub combo game 1 and i opened fusion sub combo game 2ā¦my goodnessā¦how can people play these decks at a ycsā¦i would have carpal tunnel by the end of the eventā¦lol.
Warning to those considering buying cases or boxes of MACR, there seems to be a print error. Some cases being opened with 0 secrets, others heavily slanted towards Z-Arc and Ultra Poly.

People saw the OCG Kozmos doing well and went crazyā¦and forgot the part where KDD and E-Tele are at 1 here.
I currently see exactly one card that I want to play test. I currently donāt play the fire king island version because you need fire king island to play and not brick but āset rotationā is the additional copy of terraforming that deck needs. The play goes like: activate set rotation, you take FKI your opponent takes kozmotown(-1 advantage). You pop a big ship and summon sliprider(-1 advantage unless we are counting the fire chicken you add to hand), pop opponentās kozmotown and search strawman or dark destroyer if you hard drew strawman(0 advantage).
Play 1 with added strawman: summon banished ship with strawman, go to end phase , ship blows up, special summon tincan(effect to add kozmo card to hand +1hand advantage)
Play 2 with Dark Destroyer: Perform same sequence as play 1 but summon dark destroyer from hand on end phase and target self to get a second tincan, activate tincan twice.(Still +1 but additional deck thinning plus loads on graveyard for call of the haunted or future soartrooper play.)
It looks promising on paper but I got to hella play test and see does it brick.
Or you could pony up the $300 for Diagrams instead.
Ewwwwww lol who wants to spend that kind of money and play the kozmo build. That card is bonkers it is guaranteed to get limited somewhere down the road. Iāll get 1 when they go to one.

All 32? Itās like people are scared to think of their own deck these days.
There were plenty of rogue decks. They just all got annihilated by the time Day 2 rolled around. And there were different Zoo variants.
But literally every deck becomes more powerful with Zoodiac, no exceptions. If your deck canāt, your deck canāt compete.
Iāve been playing Crystrons actually. Pretty fun deck, but shit can viciously go to hell if you misplay with itā¦which I do all the time. I think a Metalfoes variant of the deck can work, but Iām not a good enough deckbuilder to get it to the final place it needs be. The other downside to Crystrons is, all my damn matches go to time. Shit is slow, which is why I do want to try the Metalfoes build.
But yeah, Iām not taking the format seriously. Nats is coming up which I didnāt get my invite for this time around, and Iām not going to go into desperation mode to go to Philly next week to try again. Honestly my suggestion to everyone is just to coast for two months and prepare for Link Format.
Iām just busy getting wrecked by my opponents drawing a handful of Ash Blossom and Solemn Strikes. Shit is no fun lmao. I donāt think there is a deck in the format that can handle that other than True King variants and if Zoodiac goes first, then that is out of the window.
Obviously True King variants canāt handle it either. True King decks were wiped out before even Day 2. Dinomists fucking did better.
yea i think everyone forgot true king dinos were silent upon release in OCG, it only started doing damage after zoo got raped by the ban hammer. and the thing is zoo is even stronger over here because we still got norden lol.
