Iām playing Kozmo atm. I have pretty good matches vs zoo because they rely on drawing a handful of strikes and barriers which I donāt really care about lol
alot of people in my area dropped zoo for paleos and kozmos with heavy trap lineupā¦im so fucking sick of facing back row heavy decks, makes me want to quit playing irlā¦too many dam grind games that always go into time

I scrubbed as I expectedā¦but it wasnāt to the top decks. As I found out in casual play, UA does better against most of the top decks than I thought, even Paleo (only their traps are threats, Toad does literally nothing against me). I went 1-3 drop and didnāt play a single top deck despite being surrounded by them.
Freaking, Windwitch Invoked Artifacts (close to a top deck, but hereās the shitā¦ Untouchable Crystal Wing is easy for UA, Artifacts outside of Moral donāt do shit, but the goddamn Raijinsā¦), Water, Blue-Eyes and Majespecter. Then I play in a Win a Mat and lose to D/Ds, my usual main deck.
At the very least I pulled a Grass out of my Win a Mat, got to unload cards Iād never get to unload under normal circumstances, and got some new deck ideas.
i keep telling people raidjin is more annoying to play around then mechkaba.
Zoo loses yet another YCS.

im pretty happy true king VFD is going to be a super rare. but that pretty much is setting us up for a secret rare field spell, i can feel it.
With Zoo losing another YCS, and as someone who pilots pure zoo, the deck will not be winning another YCS until we get the true draco/the final zoo pieces. The deck just doesnt have answers for Infernoid since D.Barrier doesnt do shit to them. I played 2 infernoid players at my locals and lost to both of them thanks to just not having answers to their bigger plays.
And with Dinos coming out soon, im not sure if Zoo can keep up until the next set.
Dinos are irrelevant until the True King Field Spell drops, which is when Zoo gets their final pieces anyway. And itās at the end of the month, itās not like there will be a ton of events in that time. I think just 1 YCS.
One key thing Iāve noticed is that everyone was prepared for Paleoā¦

crystal wing reprint coming in the same set as minerva, cant wait to see how short printed they are
1 per 10 boxes.
I can see Crystal Wing going for $25-$30 for the reprint. If Minerva is like Omega, I wouldnt be surprised at all.
And the more I watch True King Dinos play, the more I want to build it.
I do suggest that everyone pick up the Dino Structure, even if they arenāt gonna play the deck. The reprints are absolutely absurd.
Minervaās reprint is effectively a first printing. Thatās easily a 100 dollar card lol
Desires also getting the reprint in the Mega Tins.
As the ultra promo for both tins. The fact that Omega has dodged a reprint for this long is mind blowing to me.
We arenāt done finding out all the reprints, so itās not out of the woods yet.
Also Spellcaster players rejoice, the new Spellbook is insane. Every Spellcaster deck with a D-Draw/Wonder Wand fusion.
