I can’t speak for anyone else on this, but that timeframe is just kinda random. I work AM shift usually and while that location would be super convenient for me, just the schedule is ???
If it works for folks who live closer well and good. I know Jas, Justin and Josh live way closer to there than TnG or NewGen. Shit, I live closer to there lol.
Lastly a couple things, we already have two venues between TnG and NewGen, I know neither location is convenient for everyone but don’t forget that pretty much no matter where we have fight nights it’s not gonna be close to SOMEBODY. Right now I live an hour away from TnG and 30-45 mins away from NewGen. Plus for various reasons turnout has been lower than usual recently and that’s fine, people have stuff that happens or scheduling conflicts etc.
I do have an idea I’m going to post up here later on once I get more time to arrange my thoughts. Hopefully we can kinda get some hype going again before Tag2 drops.
That time slot is laughable to the majority I’m sure … it’s already hard enough to make it to T&G/NewGen once a week consistently, much less having 2-3 fight nights. Granted I’m not one to speak considering I haven’t been as active - but hey, life calls.
You live an hour from T&G because you refuse to take the interstate for some reason which would drop your trip time by ~30 minutes.

Batman was good. IMAX on Saturday completely ruined my entire theater experience from now on. I saw it again on Monday night and I was severely let down by the regular theater experience. I complained twice to get them to turn the volume up to 11, but no dice. Also IMO, I still think the ending to TDK had a better impact than TDKR ending.
… oh and eff all you Bane haters, Tom Hardy is the shit.
Fuck yes. That movie made Bane 100 times better than another other incarnation be it on film or in the comics

Well, like I told Jose, it’s a place for anyone who can make it at that time, off or can make it before close (around 7pm). Regular FN is on Wednesdays. On Tues, if anyone have an itch to play, just post up Sunday or Monday to meet up. It’s a good place for the guys that are around the area. You never know, branching like this may attract more players in the areas and it could ending up being venue vs venue events soon after.
Well I’m at least gonna check it out when I get the chance and since I’m the best in Memphis in all games, mad popular, a social butterfly and highly influential you guys better follow suit.

Really glad to see more hype for P4A. First time a fighting game has appealed to me this much. I’ll be grinding hard in that shit when it drops next month. I love that ARK V is having it too, can’t wait for that. I’ll focus on Akihiko and Youske but I’d like to use Yukiko and Elizabeth down the line.
