Yay new thread.

Ok for anyone interested I will be hosting tomorrow from 5:00 p.m. will whenever. You guys know the drill by now
-All are invited just msg me if you plan on coming please
-Bring set ups. I will have 2 360s one for Kang and one for VF
-BYOB is ok but keys will get snatched if you try to leave drunk

EVO updates?

Only updates I have are for all of us that went:

Sara went 2-2 in AE, not sure about KOF
Josh went 3-2 in AE, got double jeopardied by the same Yun player
WelTallX went 2-2 in AE, lost to mirror Ibuki
I went 5-2 in AE, lost a close match to Momochi first round went to last round each game, won 5 straight, lost in the finals of my pool to a good Zangief player close match as well same thing, last round each game…Played Dee Jay/Honda the whole tournament cept for Hakan first round of losers…had a very close nerve racking match vs Cannon Spook, a very good Cammy player.

Nitsuma just announced on EVO stream that there will be no patch for UMvC3. TAC infinites will stay because the game is supposed to be about “combo freedom” or some shit. lulz

I’m so mad I didn’t get to go to EVO. All my fault… I suck. Going to have the entire evo 2013 trip planned out like, the day they announce it.

TAC infinites are not worth even worrying about, 90 % of them HAVE To be down TAC or side tac is impossibly hard. Just spam down S and unless you have a phoenix team, laugh as you counter each one.

I meant the “combo freedom” line. If thats the case every game should have infinites…oh and just to ask, is anyone actually going to Brinsons tonight?

Guess I’m going to have to mash down S everytime I get combo’d from now until I put the game down lol

Doom’s and Mag’s side infinites aren’t that hard, so it’s a legit 50/50 in the corner. Dorm’s looks hard though.
