So playing this SF X Tekken and playing King makes me interested in Tekken. Does King play anything like this in Tekken?

nah, he has king things. the problem that you may have is that they translate the way their tekken moves work into a 2d game so it might bring a slight misconception into how they play in tekken.

Some of the crunkest moments were the crowd chanting “SNK! SNK!” during KoF finals. Being front row supporting Marcus and Rell was some of the most fun I’ve had in ages.
Also, the fucking look on BALA’s face when he saw Marcus took out Reynald in winners to get out of pools. Then Marcus shakes his hand and says to him, “You know I’m coming for you right?” I just got an immediate feeling of mutual respect between them, but also knew if they met, the battle would be epic. I actually have mad respect for BALA after that. We spoke to him for a bit and he said something that I thought was fantastic. He said everyone that entered KoF at Final Round needs to keep playing the game, because anyone can get good at it quickly (speaking in this case about Marcus). The game is “legit.” It’s not like AE and (to a much greater extent) Marvel where there is so much just…whackiness. I messes wit that dude.

Nah not yet. I’ve been watching videos though, trying to find chars that get me enthused about the game. I’m kinda weird with deliberating a while over who I play in a fighting game, and I tend to dedicate myself to one char once I find who I like (which is why I’m not usually into games where you control a team… I reckon I can handle 2 though). I’m just watching for a play style that suits me, or a design that I think is cool. I played Law in Tekken 1 and 2, so there’s that nostalgia factor I guess, but only the name is nostalgic because that’s where the similarities end.
So far it looks fun enough, but the main reason I want to give it a try is because it is apparently a game that everybody else will be playing. Otherwise, I’m not in the least tired of SF4.
Honda is in the game. He is right were he belongs in the background of the Furnace stage. That is where he needs to keep his sumo ass instead of dropping it on people. also he is wearing a Shadaloo coveralls.

yeah…atleast Vega is good in this game. I can finally stop bitching about him. Wall dive is still ass but scarlet terror juggling in this game is a good trade off.
Hey now, can’t have to much KOF. I remember summer 09 having a tournament every single weekend. Those were good times. We should do that again… but like, with KOF. And maybe SFxT if I can find someone I like. I feel like Akuma could have really, really used a good stand roundhouse in this game. For now it is just in combos so his footsies are literally like, the worst in the game. No cancel on sweep either. Dumb.
Also, Vega is way dumb in this game. Easy mode shit + amazing.
