This black is fine, but the white font is too much of a contrast which most people will complain about. I suggest changing the color of the text fonts to a gray (like how the sigs are right now). It’s easier on the eyes behind a black background.

2, i love how the main page feels completely integrated with the forums.
you will see main, forums, blogs, whats new. and they all look like they’re part of the same layout. i love it.
the backround is gray, so putting gray text wouldn’t work.
Please admins, at LEAST give up a selectable style that emulates proper SRK blue steel.

Much prefer the old SRK. I’m aware that this is still a rough Beta, but the way SRK worked b4 was convenient and great enough.
The huge ads are of some annoyance, especially being a Premium Member, and the loss of the rep system saddens me. In some cases it promoted better posting, and demoted trolls and lack of knowledge.
I only lurk around a few forums, and it is a little confusing to get to my subbed threads quickly. If anything, bring back the old bar under the logo where everything was conveniently located to make using the forums much easier. IMO, it makes the site look cheaper. This doesn’t feel like a forum I can spend an hour on everyday like I used to.
Maybe this can built upon to appease new and old users alike, but I’m not at this moment.

Anybody noticed the change in font color now (from pure white to grey), or is it just me?
Not being able to get rid of the bullshit giant ad strip on the left side = me being sad. I can Adblock it, but the damn giant grey strip is still there.
Hope we get our prem stuff back (like no ad strip for example) soon. Other than that, the layout’s alright to me.
