Okay, I spent a few minutes actually trying to navigate this site and I found the experience draining. It just hurts my eyes reading the content on here. This site loos like it was designed by a programmer who thinks they can design as well (they usually create sites that look a lot like this one).
I understand wanting to change your site up for the new decade, but this is NOT the direction you should be taking.
Okay I gotta give my eyes a break now. Bleh.

Awww, and I almost had full C-groove and everything. But to echo mostly everyone else in this thread, I just want blue steel back as that was far easier on the eyes. But this is just the beginning so I guess we just play the waiting game and wait for the head honchos to work out all the kinks, yeah?
i dont understand. why didnt they just take away rep, create a noob forum, and call it a day. oh well, we’ll see what comes of this in the next month or so. i cannot navigate this shit. we’re all notoriously lazy, especially me, and this shit hurts my drunk eyes. fuck! oh well. so lets see how long the cats from 09 actually last. will srk look back 4 years from now and be like, we catered to you new fucks, and you disappeared like you never existed. then everyone else will still be here like, told ya so. well if it works out better for the founders of the site, and everyone who helps make evo happen, after years of work, i dont think you can argue if its finally their time to get a little piece of the pie, or at least a peace of mind running the site.

This new layout is fucking terrible.
Most of you are just bitching about the layout. inkblot already said he’s going to put Blue Steel back in, among other themes. It’s the first day and he brought the forums back early, you could at least wait.
If you haven’t noticed, he updated the forums to vBulletin 4.0 which was released literally about eleven days ago. That means new features. Some of the more obvious ones are your own blog on your user profile, tagging threads for faster searching, and report reply/post function.
I already see that you no longer get spammed while logged out and viewing someone’s signature that has images and/or links in it. Glad that’s gone. Hopefully we’ll get an option to force reply font formatting as well.
