i was at the comic con when lois first showed up and as fate would have it i might be there for kara’s arrival. nice!
Not sure if I like that idea… The show seems to veer quite often from Clark nowadays. Now we have another kryptonian to essentially hog the limelight. And with her being more powerful and advanced than he is power-swise, he is going to look like a chump…
I’m guessing she’ll just be a recurring character, as opposed to a headliner. Personally, I’d rather they reuse some Justice League members to help Clark with Bizarro.

There was a panel at Comic con with the creators and some cast members that is now on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Pretty good info in it. Here’s some of the highlights, with some spoilers for next season:

- Justice League is returning! Martian Manhunter and Green Arrow are confirmed, but they won’t show up until somewhere around mid-season (MM first, then Green Arrow). It was noted that GA will bring members “old and new”
- Dean Cain will be making a cameo appearance as a villain in the 4th episode.
- Bruce Wayne will never be on the show due to licensing issues. Wonder Woman is not likely, though Gough did say, “never say never, we try every year to bring her in”
- Supergirl (Kara) was in suspended animation in the dam, so she gets released when the dam bursts (last season’s finale).
- The crowd reaction to Kara being introduced wasn’t too enthusiastic, maybe just because she’s new or hasn’t really proven herself yet?
- Lois will be working at the Daily Planet next season, and will have some sort of relationship with the editor. Is this bad news for Chloe?
- Kara will be able to fly, and try to give Clark flying lessons. It was implied that he won’t do very well.
yeah it’s called the no-tights-no-flight rule someone mentioned earlier lol.
… he’s serious. The creators of the show stated at the beginning of the series that there will be no flight and no tights. They went around this rule by stating that it was Kal-El who flew, and not Clark.
