When someone mentions something to ban people started to think that that thing have to be broken, well, i’ve never said the A+B is broken, only IMO the game without it it’s much better.
If a “simply” ban rule can make a game better, for me it’s a good idea, just my opinion.

Yeah, using anti-airs against low jump is not easy but neither impossible, if we want consider all factors the fact you must input late the super insn’t a great problem (perform a move later is easier than immediately) especially in this case where you haven’t much time, also Tung is helped by his small size because the opponent needs to be more accurate in assessing good jumps and distances and again Tung has other easier anti air options (df+A, A+B) and “dash under a jump” thing…
I agree with the entire post. Small characters pass under the mid Snake Tamer, Yama suffers low attacks and his counter not help him against them, also Yama can combo from the overhead on tall crouching characters.
EDIT: after testing i can say Yama can combo from the overhead on everyone, simply on tall crouching characters the overhead hits with both hits resulting even more easy to cancel (it’s possible to cancel at the first hits).
i own the shit 3 times now. neo cd, ps2 and on the fucking emu. and ive gotta say, those old days of snk doing shitty porting jobs is over. RB2 is BETTER on the ps2 than it is on the neo. all the slowdown is gone. only thing though, my neo pad and sticks outshine anything i can control with on my PC or ps2, which kinda sucks.
p.s. ive seen USB? port having extensions (IIRC) on which you can attach a ps2 controller and even one on which you can connect neo sticks/pads on it. anybody happen to know where to get these baby’s? especially the neo ones. the ps2 ones are also OK, though i only have the shitty ps2 normal controller. still better than KB or PC joypad.
i wish i could find a cheap HRAP somewhere. stupid ass motherfuckers here in the dutch dare to ask 160 euros (thats like 250 dollars) for a HRAP. which is twice or three times as expensive as where the original retailers sell them.
Tried looking on www.play-asia.com for a HRAP? They don’t sell the ones for PS2 any more since now they have USB vers. that are compatible with PS3/X360/Wii/PC (the Wii one isn’t USB however XP). $89.90+shipping for the PS3vers. I don’t know if the PS3 one will work on the PS2, but it would be bad-ass if anyone knows.
i looked at it. it really got me interrested. how much would shipping be to the EU, and anybody happen to know if it would also work on the pc? as it uses a USB port in the ps3, right. also, anybody happen to know where i can still find american or japanese 60gb ps3’s?
You can do like a “mock” shipping as if you were actually gonna buy it, but don’t put your credit card in and empty your cart. You can find the shipping that way; I do it all the time. Yes, it does work on PC also with no lag So, you don’t have to worry about that. As for JP/US PS3s, don’t buy one if you still wanna play your EU PS2 games. PS3 games aren’t region coded, BUT PS2 games still are. 60GB are a no sell as far as I know of. Only 40s and 80s available. I wish 60s were still available when I bought mine, but they discontinued them when I decided to buy.
thats great news on the HRAP, i think ima snatch me one of these bad boys. about the ps3, i own a EU ps2 but ive only got 3 or so og gmes. all the rest of my games are jp or us (copys, swap magic). so the reason i wanna buy a jpn or us one is so i can BUY some of the quality titles that didnt get released in the EU, like SFAC, MOTW, KOF collections, vampire collection, RB collections and anthology and the likes. all other games will have better versions on the ps3 (gof3,dmc4,mgs4), but these 2d fighters probably wont get rereleased for the ps3. which is why i wanna buy them OG on a system that can play them OG. maybe its even possible to play the ps2 games throuh internet?
p.s. maybe the p3 will be able to play emus and calleira in the future?
are you serious? my neo hoi fighting stick is like 10 times better than the normal old style stick. i thought the hrap would be a quality item as well. since i hardly play 3d fighters *which are just as easy to play on pad), i might just have to reconsider. also, you wanna buy a custom stick? where? how much? and what quaranty do you have that it WILL work good with 2d fighters? also, do you choose the part yourself? or did you actually plan on building one yourself (cant be that had, can it?)?
ok let me get this straight. the 360 hrap isn’t a real hrap. but the hrap for the ps3 is a real one? if so is it good for 2d fighters such as the sf franchise and kofs and ff’s? kock offs for the 360? wtf?!?
