My girlfriend has gotten into playing poker (shut it), trying to find a version of poker on XBLA that does 5 card draw? they all appear to be texas and omaha hold 'em.

So I may get Destiny on Xbox One, once I finish my run of finishing everything else I got on other consoles. Haven’t played so much since I stopped with PvZ. Titanfall wasn’t an “Omg must get this!”, game for me.
Quick question, is this pretty much the standard choice for a good stick on XBOX One ATM, or is there a better alternative I’m unaware of? Thanks in advance for any info.

I’m trash in KI at this point, just couldn’t keep up time wise to keep up. By the time the two players I wanted to play as were released I was already behind Spinal and Fulgore and frankly I hated how they did Fulgore previously.

So far its a great game, not far into it though. It looks TERRIFIC.
Only issues are the body models, the large guy is LARGE. Oh and no matter what you do - you are going to have that haphazard look. MY guy just looks like a pro-wrestler…going to start RKOing the ODs.
But they get a plus 10 for being able to give a chick a goatee…
Anybody else ever have issues with their xbox turning itself on by itself, or ejecting discs whenever it wants to? I checked online briefly, and it seems like a somewhat common problem, but couldn’t find a good work around. Annoying as fuck when it ejects my discs mid game, and kicks me to the dashboard.
Not ejecting—but yeah it happened to turn itself back on once recently…such an odd thing there.
I’m also a fresh X1 owner here due to the recent price drop— $350 for an actually good bundle is a steal, imo. I got the Sunset Overdrive system… and already I have my precious Diablo 3, and Shadow of Mordor will most likely be my next purchase.
I sold my day one edition to someone who really wanted that version and I bought the LE Advanced Warfare. console. I’ve never played a CoD game before but I really like the way they designed this system and controller. The sounds are pretty neat, too. I’ve been having fun with the game as well.
I picked up Halo MCC at midnight last night. Wanted to play some multiplayer but that 15GB install was taking too long and I fell asleep after checking out some campaign stuff.
Any of you guys play Sunset Overdrive online multiplayer?
Im talking to MS Support right now. Apparently the Xbox One doesn’t like to be plugged into a power bar, I gotta plug it directly into the wall socket.
…that doesn’t and shouldn’t matter. Power is power, and the power to the XBOne gets regulated by the transformer inside of that big ass power brick we got.
My only hardware issues thus far have centered around USB devices - namely my portal for Skylander Trap Team and Disney Infinity 2.0. I think THAT might be a power issue, as I’m feeding them through a USB hub now (but had issues either way). I’m going to throw some auxillary power into the hub and hope that fixes the annoyance - it’s never consistent, it just randomly will disconnect and reconnect a second or so later.

Yeah, MCC having some MP issues atm too, long waits. Actually it kind of perfectly recreates Halo 2 mp…waiting 5 minutes for 1 dude to join and fill lobby, then a bunch of douches quit cuz they don’t like the map
Hell of a thing though…having MP from all Halo games at a button press, and finally have all the DLC maps in rotation with normal playlists instead of missing out cuz of poverty friends not buying DLC(and still playing 10 times as much) lol
And damn, the 60fps is sexy. Also liked they finally added in a new control scheme with Left Trigger aiming, so it’s easy to transition between Destiny etc.
So much fun though. Went after all the Halo 2 skulls and only forgot where a handful of them were

I like the new “What’s on” tab that’s in preview builds right now. Shows trending tv shows and Twitch streams. Also like the new Twitter support… I get to read ratchet tweets of a show while watching it.
The whole entertainment features have definitely developed well with recent updates.
