Did you just magic want your way through this? Better to manually cut things out IMO.

I think that shadow jago would look better if it wasn’t just two pictures side by side, but that’s my opinon.
That big black line bisecting the stick just doesn’t sit right with me.

About to start on my first stick, and I threw this together for the art. I’m not exactly a Photoshop (or in my case GIMP) whiz, so it’s just a wallpaper I found with some added borders from another image.
And y’all wonder why my shit takes time and money.
i have no idea how to do it - yes i looked around for probably 20 min but looking back, i was just too retarded to google it i guess. but im not sure it would look better if its “properly” done, i kinda like the way it looks right now, especially if im going to paint my stick white. however, im sure you can do it better while maintaining the same “style”

well, i cant find the manual cutting on my photoshop cs2, lol. i did try to manually cut it out but im b4d so i went with magic pen
it might look better if its done with real cutouts though, idk
Way I manually cut in Photoshop is set the eraser tool to pencil, set the diameter to 1 pixel in size Zoom in as far as you can and slowly start deleting pixels around the object you want.
Once you manually cleared out enough 1 pixel sized pieces you can gradually switch to a larger point for your eraser. It is time consuming but it can be done.
After wards once you get enough of the alpha layer showing then you can use the magic lasso or select and copy/cut and paste
that went well for the 15 sec i bothered. then i made a rough one. avoiding frustration is worth a lot more than d3v, and d3v does it 10000 times better than anyone i have ever seen i think

the left bottom corner imp looks meh, probably not wanting that one. does need some tweakin on what to be around the bigger space marine, and below the DOOM logo. also need a small id software logo lol
