i’m sure it’s not chun li, jdm will know…lol…
Suzume Saotome from Hyakko! is who that is.

Hopefully I will be using this soon when I get my stick dual modded and whatnot, any comments will be appreciated. Also, if enough people want the .psd file for it, I’ll gladly upload. Used CS5 to do the template, got a C4D for the button BG. I didn’t finish the Iori render completely from cutting the white space around him, but I got most of it. To make my job easier on the render cutting I just did a hard light and outer glow to make red tracing on Iori. However, it took a toll on the Cresent Moon on Iori’s Jacket. I just copied the layer, erased everything except the moon, placed it on top of iori’s jacket, and hard light outer glow again.
Okay then I guess that sort of explains the only word I know of what mini Chun-Li says. Relation(ship). We’re not related. or something like that I guess it is.
But the real question is why even put that there.
You could have just went into the layer properties/settings and turned off the Green and Blue Color fillings. However that would make everything tinged red.
Looks good but feels empty to a fault.
Hello all. Is it possible to change the artwork on this stick? I didn’t see it listed in the OP under templates, and I’m worried that since it’s some sort of super sticker it might be a pain.
yes it’s possible, but it would be advisable to get a plexi for it. the template for that is the HRAP.V series i believe.
-D3vlicious HRAP V-series Template
-syn13’s HRAP V-series Template
someone correct me if i’m wrong
there should be a metal panel under that sticker, so once you remove the buttons and everything, taking that off shouldn’t be too much of a problem. that will allow you to replace the art. the adhesive might be tough to take off, but you can use as much force as you need to without really worrying about the panel. it’s pretty sturdy.

Thanks for the replies, guys! This is my first stick, and I’m very pleased with it, but I just hate the artwork. As I don’t have any photoshop skills, I’ll probably just look for something already made. In all honesty, anything would be better than the stock artwork.
Hey guys, I wanted to add a move list to my template but wasn’t sure where a good spot to put it might be.
Here’s the template:
http://img35.imageshack.us/img35/1417/hrap3sapersona42.png
The whole thing was designed by Lord British and I’m really happy with the work he did. I’m just not sure where I can place the move list without it clashing too much.
I’m going to go back and redesign the move list though, so it’s a bigger resolution and maybe change up some colors. Also, I’m going to ask Art to not cut out the middle screws when this gets printed out if that helps.
So yeah, any ideas where I can place the move list?
i think the moveset being on such a minimalst design makes it look cluttered and it might be a better idea to scrap it. then again, i dont even like button lables on my sticks…
Forgive my ignorance once more, but are there online stores/companies who do commissioned artwork?
I believe D3V does commissions on his site for a cost.
I normally don’t go for button labels either, but they were already added on there for me. This is going to be my first ever stick art printed out too, so I wasn’t sure what everyone else does if they don’t know what buttons are what.
Do you just memorize what the buttons do?
I was going to try to make the move list blend in a little bit more, but move lists aren’t meant to blend in usually.
If I don’t want to scrap it, would I just have to add to the stick art to make it a little busier? (Maybe add a background in between the slanted black border lines?)
Is there anything I can do to make it flow a bit better without it feeling so cluttered?
im acutally changing the art on mine right now and man its a pain in the ass mainly because its my first time , i dont mind having no art and having metal panel only but geez this is exhausting
Uh oh. I don’t have any experience either; maybe I’m biting off more than I can chew.
i would’nt say that but dont expect to be awesome at it.Just take your time and if you mess up don’t worry printings cheap.Just to clarify im having trouble applying the art, de wiring and taking out the buttons were the easy part
Isn’t it just cardstock with a plastic over it? Or did you actually print out a vinyl sticker?
first one i printed 3 copies and it only cost me 2 bucks
Can you tell me why you’re having such a hard time applying the art?
yeah, i just memorize the button layout for my stick. i mean, there are only so many combinations you can use, and its not like its going to serve me any purpose WHILE im playing so unless it’s requested or its a setup that is different than the normal layout for that stick, i just leave it off.
as far as the moveset, i honestly think that kind of thing is better suited to the bottom of the stick. this is the back of a TE-S i did for a friend:
http://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/195855_1955617853911_1346663349_2234551_6185467_n.jpg
if you REALLY want to keep the design along with the stick i suppose you could maybe chop it up and have each individual move section go along the bottom of the stick sort of like a border or something. that’s just an idea though.
i mean it’s not that the colors are off or it doesnt blend per say… but it’s a bigass square randomly placed on your stick.
