I agree with the Dark Knigh, but Batman Begins was solid too, as was Iron Man and Hulk. Iron Man they changed a lot but didn’t…and the Hulk reboot was a smart idea. You’re going to see a really interesting trend now though with the Marvel Comics movies, if you haven’t noticed already.
Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Avengers and Hulk franchises are all still owned by Marvel, therefore their actual movie studios will get to have cross overs/continuous plots (which will be ripped directly from the Ultimate uni and 616 summer arcs…but still…there’ll be acceptable, and the average movie goer will LOVE them. If they can’t hype up a World War Hulk movie in six years…then they’re messing up…)
On the flip side…
Spiderman, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Daredevil…maybe Ghostrider (still haven’t seen it, so I’m not sure), those are all still owned by other studios. These are Marvel’s flagship mainstream audience franchises, so it makes sense that they were the first that they sold their properties too…and now they deal with the consequences of horrible movies that just don’t make sense with the comic continuity.
If you ever want a good Spiderman, X-men anything or Fantastic Four movie (which would mean even a real Galactus, an solid Silver Surfer, potential Thanos and other cosmic heroes…) You better hope Marvel SOMEHOW gets out of the contracts they have with these other film studios so they can reboot those franchises like they did the Hulk.
Cause yeah. The bar was set last year for comic movies actually being “good” movies, and not just “hey that part was cool!” with a horribly put together plot and shoddy acting…

I didnt know too much about that whole licensing deal with the studios. I guess that explains a lot. They couldve still done a better job than some of the crap they let slide by. They are crapping out these movies and makin their money tho.

Picked up Viper and the game suddenly got way more fun.
It’s not that fun in tournaments still :shake:, but I will say the 4 new additions are the most fun characters in the game.

Yeah Daniel picked Guile a few rounds and I was just screwed. He’s getting pretty good. Patch Fei Long is awesome.
It’s work, but it’s not that bad once you get your execution and mix up down. Talk to deviljin he’s got a good viper. Oh, and if I can reach Kyle (viper player at TvU) he can probably help you too, he’s pretty good.

As for X-men, whenever I go see those movies I just automatically assume they’re going to be awful, and pretty much go just for the action
